Glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surface of walls such as skirting / dado and risers to steps, size of tile shall be 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match the colour or shade of tiles, laid over and including provison of 10 mm thick rendering as in backing coat of tiles in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Laying polymeric water proofing membrane (weighing not less than 3 kg per sq.m) over entire area with 100 mm over laps and sealed, complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over polymeric water proofing memberane.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of red-oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) If gear box to be replaced, the same shall be measured and paid separately under 'Supply only' item of this Schedule. However, fixing of gear box shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

Supply only gear box with complete accessories for rolling shutters, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- This item shall be measured only when existing gear box is found defective during servicing the rolling shutter as mentioned in item No. 112.00 here-in-before.
