(a) Supply and fixing in replacement of wall mounted type cuvical LT pannel board duly febricated frame work with 40/6 mm angle iron of approximate size 0.9 mtr x 1.2 mtr x 0.6 mtr and covering with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly paint with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of powder coated of disired colour sets suitable for housing and includding the following fitment items :- INCOMMER :- (i) MCCB TPN 25 KA 100 Amp, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Make- L&T - 01 No. (ii) Aluminum bus bar of capacity 200 Amp, 3 phase 4 wire system duly colour coded tape/ paint duly mounted on insulators - 01 Set. (iii) Digital type volt meter of size 96 x 96 mm make - AE - 01 No. (iv) LED type indicating lamp for 3 phase (RYB) including control wiring - 01 Set. OUTGOING :- (i) Aluminum bus bar of capacity 100 Amp, 3 phase 4 wire system duly colour coded tape/ paint duly mounted on insulators - 01 Set. (ii) MCCB TPN 25 KA 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Make- L&T - 01 No. (iii) MCB SPN 32 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA, 50 Hz - 05 Nos (iv) Internal copper wire/ strip connection completely from incoming bus bar to out going switch gear with suitable size copper cable complete- 01 Job (b) M&L for Isolator TPN, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC Supply , 100 Amps, complete in existing LT pannel for outgoing fedder Make- L&T . (c) S & F XLPE insulated, armoured, armoured heavy duty electric cable aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 Sqm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. Qty- 75 RM. (d) Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth, to required level and gradient for laying of pipe etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Qty-12.69 Cum. (e) Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Qty-5.726 Cum. (j) Supply and fixing GI Pipe 40mm Light grade , for cable protection laid in trench under road or path or fixed on pole or wall with clamps with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed at site. (k) M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised steel earth lead wire of 4 mm dia, including 15 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe upto 1 Mtr above the floor level of the buildings where main switch, DB etc, situated, earth lead wire connected to the earth plate by means of GI bolts, nuts, washers and earth plate surrounded by 150 mm thick alternate layers of charcoal or cock dust mixed with common salt 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe PCC pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cover of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with 8 mm formed or twisted bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways, GI wire mesh, GI sheet funnel necessary excavation in soft/ Looose soil and deposited the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away from starting point, all as per electrical plate no:3 of SSR part-1 .
