Repair Painting Hectometer and Parapets on Badaun Bijnor Road in Bijnor

Earthwork in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil (Loam, clya or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. As per S.I. No. 251. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Earth work in cutting or in embakment by manual means in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2, meter (20") depth and earth work in embakment to be in 20 cm. (8") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M (5ft) lifts and 30 M (100 ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embakment or to be deposited as spoil baks with in 30 M (100 ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer in charge. As per S.I. No. 253(a). Cement concrete with 4 cm guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materil, labour and T&P etc. rquired for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 281. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

M-150 Brick Work in one part cement and four part coarse sand mortar in superstructure including supply of all material, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 305+309 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 paert of the fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 574. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand over brick work, min thickness not be less than 1 cm inclucing supply of material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 584 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Cement concrete with 2 cm guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materil, labour and T&P etc. rquired for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 279a. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

White washing two coat including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion fo the work. As per S.I. No. 672 (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)

Repainting letters up to size 2.5 cm with super high grade enamel paint (such as Shalimar, Narolac or Jonson and Nicholson paint) including supply of all materils, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per Ch. 21 S.I. No. 821. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)
