ARMO Horticulture work during 2020 21. SH. Day to day maintenance of garden in various location at AAI,SR, Residential colony at Chennai Airport

Maintenance of lawn area including watering, weeding, manuring, top dressing, mowing and maintenance of seasonal beds etc. as per direction of EIC for 12 months

Maintenance of hedges including hoeing watering, clipping and removal of clippings etc as per the direction of EIC for 12 months

Maintenance of shrubs including hoeing, watering, trimming and pruning etc complete as per the direction of EIC for 12 months

Upkeeping and maintenance of paved / metaled area as per the direction of EIC (only paved /metaled areas shall be measured for payment for 12 months)

Maintenance of herbal garden including watering weeding, manuring, clipping of herbal plants complete as per direction of EIC for 12 months

Supplying and staking of cow dung manure at site including loading, unloading & carriage with all leads and lifts. (Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) for 12 months

Cutting and/or Uprooting and removal of creepers from ground i/c removal of wet/dry creepers from Concertina wires without causing any damage to concertina fencing

Cutting of trees, tree branches, trimming and pruning of trees at AAI Residential colony , the height of trees are ranging above 20 metres height and taking away the removed materials at dumping ground including man, materials and machinery as per direction of EIC.

Cutting of trees, tree branches, trimming and pruning of trees at AAI Residential colony , the height of trees are ranging between 15 to 20 metres height and taking away the removed materials at dumping ground including man, materials and machinery as per direction of EIC.

Cutting of trees, tree branches, trimming and pruning of trees at AAI Residential colony , the height of trees are ranging between 11 to 15 metres height and taking away the removed materials at dumping ground including man, materials and machinery as per direction of EIC.

Supply and decoration of flowers arrangement on the occasion of Republic & Independence day at ATS complex . For one Job A). Flowers (1 feet to 2 feet) 1). Garland (Crysanthimum/Marigold)-100ft 2). Rose (Red colour) – 1 kg 3). Rose( by colours) – 1 kg 4). Crysanthimum Petal / Flower – 1 kg B). Plants (all around the flagpost) 1). Crotons - 10 nos 2). Dracanea - 20 nos 3). Marigold with flowers - 30 nos

Carriage of pruned tree branches, leaves etc and disposal of the same outside the priphery of the area pruned including loading, unloading and carriage up to 10 km etc

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the EIC

Supplying, Planting and maintenaning trees/herbal plants/ flower plants etc. for AAI employees on the retirement occation through out the year as per the requirement as per direction of EIC

Providing unskilled workers for temporary nature of works unsuceptable to measure as and when required including necessary hand tools ie. Swatcha Abhiyen at various location including labour supply etc. as directed by E.I.C.

Maintenance of trees (upto 4 year old ) including hoeing, watering,trimming & pruning and clearing of pruned branches etc complete as per direction of EIC

Credit for taking away all pruned branches(wood logs) including loading unloading carriage etc complete as per the direction of EIC
