CHAIR DINING WITHOUT ARM REST (Existing Make:- Usha lexus) Repairs to Chair Dining without armrest by removing the following existing u/s wooden members and providing new first class hard wood (teak) members, (variable at places / sizes) made to existing shape all as specified and shown on drawing. The replaced members shall polished with oak colour wood stain and finished with 2 coats of melamine to match with the existing members, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing u/s seat and supply and fix new removable seat of existing size and shape with 75mm thick 40 Density foam cushion covered with best quality rexine approved by Engr-in-Charge/ GE (cost of the rexine shall not be less than Rs.300/- per mtr) over 12mm thick BWR gde plywood and finish with existing shape and size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surface of chair dining without arms by smoothly / rubbing with 120 Gde sand paper/ abrasive cloth or various sizes and clean off the stains and upper coat in a manner that the remaining coats of melamine are left on the surface by applying sealer wherever required to fill and smooth the surface including applying two coats of melamine polish with spray machine to the entire external and visible surface complete uniformingly upto glossy mirror finish, melamine polish complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.
