Providing P.C.C. 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, leads, lifts etc., complete.

Providing R.C.C. M20 GRADE for footings and encasing the structural column using 12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal with minimum cement content of 300kg/m³ and maximum water-cement ratio of 0.5 as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing steel reinforcement for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, binding wire, lead, lift and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion of MS Gates, with ISMB 300x140mm for vertical column on both ends with base plate of size 450 x 450 x 8mm thick, cleat angle of size 75 x 75 x 6mm, foundation bolts L frame for anchoring provided with 25mm dia rod. The shutters provided with MS rectangular hollow section of size 2' x 1' x 4mm and the wicket provided with same section. The cost includes cost of all required accessories such as locking arrangements, stiffeners to the vertical column, handle, 3 Nos. hinges with 50mm NB pipes (OD 60.3mm ) and rod on each side, handle with 32mm dia rod etc., rails and rollers suitable for moving , including cost of fabrication, transporting, lifting and fixing rigidly, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, etc.,. The cost also includes MS Grills using flats for sprouts opeining on bridge etc., as per approved design drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth well -watered and consolidated in layers of not more than 150mm thick in foundation and basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality & colour Satin / Matt finish enamel paint over a coat of primer of anticorrosive red oxide including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift etc., complete.
