Supply and installation of PUF Insulation panels including all accessories as per technical specifications in cold room walls and ceiling. The PUF panels shall be constructed of 100 mm thick PU insulation & density 40±2kg/m3 laminated with pre-painted GI sheet of 0.5mm thickness with minimum 120gsm, material yield strength 250 MPa. Top sheet shall be 0.5mm thick micro high ribbed and bottom sheet shall also be 0.5mm thick Micro-ribbed pre-painted PPGI sheet with 30 microns RMP coating over 4-7 microns primer on the top side and 5 microns of backer coat over the primer on bottom side of the sheet. The effective cover width of the panel shall be 1200mm and length of panels shall be such so as to suit as per site. Colour of panel shall be RAL 9002. Rate includes all cost towards material, labour, accessories, T&P including supply and installation as per site requirement.

Coloum And Beam Cladding -50 MM prefab puf panels wih .5/.5 lamination on Both Side. Providing and fixing of insulated sandwich PUF Wall panels, having tongue and groove joinery system, made out from continuous line automatic machine. Total wall panel thickness 50 mm and width 1.0 mtr with micro ribs at 100mm c/c on both sides of panel. Panel has 0.50 mm pre coated GI sheet on both side of Polyurethane foam confirming to IS 12436:1988 .The pre coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995 and have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS 277:1992, 5 – 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 – 18 micron. The PPGI sheet have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 micron to avoid scratches while transportation. The panels will be vertically joined together by tongue and groove joints. The PU Foam will be self extinguishing, fire retardant type having minimum density of 40 ± 2 kg /m3 providing all the accessories providing Bottom C Cap for 50 MM Wall Panels, Flashing Int & Ext + Flat + cap, flashing, Silicon Sealant, Powder coated M S L Angle, 80 MM Wide Strip, etc to complete the work in all respects.

Supply and fixing of COLD Room Area PUF Slab -100 MM for puf with craft paper on Both Side, Providing and fixing of insulated sandwich PUF Slab,made out from continuous line automatic machine. Total slab thickness 100 mm and width 1.0 mtr. PUF Slab has craft paper both side of Polyurethane foam confirming to IS 12436:1988.
