Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition of brick work or PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quins, arches pillar etc but excluding shlar facing,dressed stone works, precast concrete article as precast concrete block walling complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling as mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster in CM(1:6) on fair face of brcik or concrete surface ,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Extra forming fair finished drain ot channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, usinf extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped etds etc. all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there off over or under 30cm ditto-

Cleaning of drains to a depth not exceeding 1.50 mtr and removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cutting of grass , scrubs, herbs etc in the shave of pattern by surface dressing n.exc 10 cm deep in soft/loose soil by using fawda including clearing the surface, dressing , levelling the shoulders of Runway/PTT/Links/ Dispersals etc. up to 3.0mtr from the edges and around the edge of runway by cutting and trimming of grass to natural ground and removing the vegitation, grass/shurb with its roots and removing the spoil/vegitation to a distance where directed exceeding 500 mtr but not exceeding 1.0 Km mtr and depositing not more than 1.5mtr above the starting points complete with labour and T&P as required all as directed by Engineer in Chrge.

Note:-(i) The cleaning of runway shoulder as bove shall be mentained entire contract period. Periodicity of cleaning including grass cutting shall be as directed by Engineer in Charge. The unit rate shall be quoted by the contractor for each cleaning with cutting of grass. two Grass cutting & cleaning of runway shall be done 1st is on comencement of work and last is while completion of work. Remaining numbers of cutting shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in consultation with Users.

(i) The Contractor shall maintain a register for cutting grass and cleaning of runway shpulders as above and get it signed by him , Engineer-in-Charge and Users and same shall be submitted while claiming payment. Payment shall be made as per cleaning/cutting of grass actually done at site. (ii) The contractor shall provide 06 Grass cutter with operator and 04 labour with T&P for sutting of grass purpose from 0900 hours to 1700 hours, including lunch break of half hour at mid day, every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays

(iii) The Contractor shall provide all safety life jackets to all concerned labour/ Supervisor and self and also provode work in progress board with pillar for working area and also follow the rules of Airfield.
