Providing Annual Maintenance to Audio Video System with Software updating with Skilled & Unskilled Manpower along with Operations during Session at Vidhana Sabha Assembly & Legislative Council Hall at Vidhana Soudha Bangalore for the year 2025-26

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 c) Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities. 1) Maintenance of Digital Conference System-6 Sets, 2) Maintenance of Digital central control unit & other equpiments- 3 Sets, 3) Maintenance of Sound reinforcement System-2 Sets 4) Servicing Amplifier -64 Each 5) Skilled Electrician/ Helper - 960 Man Days

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 b) satisfactorily completed (Usually not less than at least 50% of Estimated value of Contract), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.19.41 Lakhs

The tenderer as a Prime Contractor having valid Class-2 & above Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspectorate Govt of Karnataka and should have suitable technical, financial & managerial capabilities.

3.3Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: (b) liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.11.65 Lakhs (For Particular work only) (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(usually 30% of the Amount of Contract)

The Tenderer Must have submitted the Certification of registration in the Labour department with the latest renewal.

The bidder should have a valid license of PF and ESI registration.

The Tenderer must submit ongoing and existing commitments details separately.

3.6Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under/ Assessed available tender capacity - (AxNx2.5 - B ) Where, A-Maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. (12 Months) B - Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next. (12 Months) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer as should have in the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25. a) The tenderer should have Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.38.81 Lakhs (Usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract of works)
