Cleaning / functioning of existing sewage system and plumbing system (comprising of sewer lines in CI, SGSW or SG pipes), manholes, septic tanks and soakage wells of different types, sizes and depths, house connection from WC, bath , kitchen etc including gully traps, floor/Nahni traps, CI pipes and plumbing works etc of any description and in any positions below or above ground level, located in different situations and also on the surface of the wall etc complete in perfect functioning/removing connections without obstruction by removing all blockages in system including removing of all waste, solid or liquid or of any description all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-.Complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools as approved and directed by Engr-in charge
Desludging by removing of semi solid sludge, silt, foul water from the existing manhole of depth not exceeding 1.0 mtr , any capacity, in foul conditions, either by manually or by mechanically and flushing water to ensure free flow of sewage , placing in position the manhole covers of any description, removal of sludge & solid contents to any place outside defense land and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge
All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.00 mtr but not exceeding 1.50 mtr

Desludging by removing of semi solid sludge from the existing septic tank of any depth, of capacity 25 users, in foul conditions, including taking & placing in position the manhole covers of any description, removal of sludge & solid contents to any place outside defense land and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of existing sewer pipe /lines of any dia and at any depth (internally from manholes at any depth by rodding manually or with de-sludging machines as required at site including the following :- (a) Getting out the solid sludge and liquid matters from the connecting manholes. (b) Removing sludge land depositing and spreading at safe place far from populated area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Removing and replacing in original position of manhole covers of any description complete Note :- for item 8:- The rate shall interalia include cleaning of manholes. The length of sewer line shall be inclusive of manholes
De-watering the existing soak wells/ pits/septic tanks and disposal of the same to the existing open drains/surrounding low lying areas nearby all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW,AC or RCC) of internal dia of 150 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1. 5 metre in depth; for foundation or for manholes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified
Returning filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm depth in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.
Removing surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified.
150mm bore (internal dia) salt glazed stone ware drain pipe, grade ‘A’, laid in trenches on concrete bed to required slope, jointed and tested complete all as specified (concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately).
PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of SGSW pipe 150 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.
Demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar all as specified.
Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement and sand mortar (1: 4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces concrete/brick surface of manhole walls in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material & labour for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight & curved) all exposed surfaces of concrete finished fair complete all as specified
PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Demolition of stone slabs as in roofs, suspended floors any thickness jointed in any mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Jodhpur stone of roof slab, self faced, 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick, 25cm to 35 cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in floors or over stone patti roof slab, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors as in cover slabs of manholes, septic tanks /soak wells not exc 15 cm thickness (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.
Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-I, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover set in Cement and sand mortar 1:4 as directed with necessary form work complete all as specified
TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape including cranking; bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends binding with mild steel wire. (Annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified (weight of binding wire/clips shall not be considered for measurement and payment purposes).
