Taking down ceiling fans, any make and size, removing electrical connection, bringing to workshop, dismantling blades etc, opening of motor, cleaning of fan body and blades using detergent, greasing and oiling of serviceable ball bearing, bushes, replacement of defective/ unserviceable ball bearing and other parts, reassembling motor and fan, testing and hanging in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Gun metal bush and supply and fixing Gun metal bush of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic fan regulator 230 volts, step type, switch/socket, hum free, 120 watt type ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement; blower motor 1/8 HP, single phase suitable for desert cooler including testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Khaitan / Universe / Pilot.

Material and labour for taking down existing unserviceable fan motor from desert cooler and including replacement of wornout winding, bushes and bearing etc refixing, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of water lifting submersible pump suitable for desert cooler as per existing capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Snow Cool / Little / Universal

Supply and fix PVC pipe 15mm dia suitable for desert coolers including taking out unserviceable PVC pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cooler pad made of Khas-Khas suitable for desert coolers including taking out unserviceable pads complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement; Fan blade of desert cooler heavy duty HDPE suitable for 4000/5000 CFT cap complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement; copper conductor cable 40/0.0076 Sqmm 3 core not less than 3 mtrs long with plug top 5 Amp suitable for desert cooler (Make FINOLEX/PARAGUN/POLYCAB).

Supply and fix in replacement; new compressor for water cooler of capacity 40/80 Ltr, deep freezer capacity 200 to 300 Ltr including disconnecting, opening up, taking out burnt compressor by cutting/opening the pipe connections, fixing in position, reassembling, testing and commissioning including gas & oil charging after ensuring entire system leak proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in replacement; new compressor for water cooler of capacity 60/120 Ltr, including disconnecting, opening up, taking out burnt compressor by cutting/opening the pipe connections, fixing in position, reassembling, testing and commissioning including gas & oil charging after ensuring entire system leak proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in replacement; blower motor 1/35 HP with base and clamp, rubber mountings for water coolers including taking out the old unserviceable motor complete all directed. Make: Universal/Crompton Greaves/Cool king/ American Universal

Material and labour for rewinding of blower motor of water cooler 40/80 litres capacity any make with super enamelled copper wire (Make:- Atlas/Chetak/Devidayal) including replacement of wornout bushes etc and testing complete.

Material and labour for trickle charging of gas F-12 or as required in water cooler, any capacity, after detection of leakage with soap solution/halide torch ,making the system leak proof by brazing/ soldering the leakage point, flushing out the moisture contents trapped in the pipe line by charging CO2 gas and maintaining the pressure for prescribed period complete all specified.

Supply and fix in replacement; push type water tap, 15 mm dia, chromium plated suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, thermostat switch suitable for water cooler, any capacity/make including taking down unserviceable thermostat switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE: SHRIRAM or RANUTROLL or INDOFOSS.

Supply only in replacement of capacitor AC 230 volts 2.5 MFD complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of capacitor 4 mfd ISI marked complete all as directed.
