Wooden and Pvc Work

Providing and fixing of low hight partitions of1200 mm hight from finished floor levelas per drawing, work statation parttition mid height1200mm consisting of G.I. frame and required board, Including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and satation hight at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and hight channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre.

25mm thick pre-laminated particalborad ( decorative lamination on both side ) grade-1, medium density flat pressed , three layer partical bord FPT -1 or graded wood partical borad FPT-1 conforming to IS:3087 bonded with BWP typesynthetic resin adhesive as per IS :848 and pre-laminated conforming to IS:12823, Grade-1,type.

Waterproofing

Supplying and Applying PU Coating, a one component brushable, polyurethane,mechanical,chemical,thermal,uv and weather resistant waterproofing membrane in two coats perpendicular to each other after applying the epoxy primerincluding cleaning the surface with brush and air blower and preparing the surface by filling up the cracks with crack seal and maintaining the proper slope

Makeing Khurras 45*45 cm with average minimum thick of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 over item , finished with 12 mm cement plaster1:3 and a coat of cement , rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Painting Work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and Sqm 153 including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Roofing Work

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24×0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 m m center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Flooring

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor/skirting/riser of steps etc. in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Complete.

Size 600X600 mm (Digital Glazed Vitrified Tiles Premium Quality)

P/F 35 mm thick flush door/readymade /shutters non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of Ist class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bends and face veneers on both faces of shutters. The rate to include cost of P/F Ghana teak wood chowkhat of size 100x50mm including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws & M.S Hold Fast etc. complete.

20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

P/F 600mm X 600mm 36W LED Ceiling Panel Light With mirror optics fitting/ compact LED fitting surface / recess types to veenameled. Complete with, Driver & choke etc. Reflector, grill, Lamp/ tube, and end plated/ re tainersin ready to use complete as required : Syska, Philips/Crompton/Havel's or equivalent. ( Approved Design)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5sq.mm FRLSPV insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenol laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthling the point with 1.5sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for Power point with suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in faces, including providing and fixing 6 pin15/16&5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16amps modular switch, complete in cluding wiring from DB with 2x4sqmm FRPVC insulated copper conductor cable and earthling with 1x4Sqmm FRPVC insulated copper conductor cable connection, insurface/ recessed with medium class PVC Conduit etc. as required (Two power points per circuit) NORTH WEST, MK, CRABTREE OR EQUVALENT MAKE

(NORTH WEST, MK, CRABTREE or equivalent make).

Wiring for A/C point with with 4.0sq.mm FRLSPVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit with 25 Amp & MCB metal clad switch in box complete Crompton or equivalent make along with top & earthling the third point with10gaugeGIwire(1AC Point in 1 Circuit)
