Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per HP.PWD. Specification and as per direction of Engineer in Charg including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete as per HP.PWD. specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing ,curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick commercial board water proof shutter for cup boards including fixing with nickel plated piano hinges with screws etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick commercial board water proof in shelves, lining, box for cup boards with butt joints fixed with nails and screws etc complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 6 mm (six millimeter) thick water proof ply wood lining with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cove fillets to be measured and paid for separately)as per H.P. PWD. Spesification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing & Fixing 1.0 mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality complete as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles 125 mm (one hundred twenty five melimeter) with screws etc. as per HP .PWD specification including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing Triple strip vertical type magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead and lift, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing Size 75 mm special quality chromium plated brass cup board locks with six levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.
