Charpoy with hard top (FD/MAP-II/01) Taking/removing out old damaged u/s ply wood top from existing charpoy with hard top steel and S&F new hard top of 12mm thick (BWR grade , ISI Marked ) ply plywood commercial as per existing shape and size with appropriate steel nuts & bolts, MS cleat of charpoy including taking down old one all as shown on drawing and after tightening the frame of charpoy hard top steel complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kitply/Century/Green ply/Archid/National

M&L preparation of old painted surface of charpoy with hard top steel scrapping by emery paper and applying by spraying machine painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality black colour (japanees paint ) including long rail, short rail,stiffeners and legs to charpoy hard top steel , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of old broken damaged hard rubber shoe of approved shoe of charpoy and S&F new hard rubber shoe of approved quality and tightly fitted at the bottom of legs complete all as spefied and shown on drawing.

Conversion of newar charpoy to hard top charpoy with the following items of work to incorporate for the change (Drg No. FD-220) S&F of 03 Nos stiffeners made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm thick at equal distance in between long rails with 'L' shaped bend at both end up to 32mm fixed round headed counter sunk screws and bolts of size 6mm dia 75mm long (total 06 Nos) after drilling suitable hole to long rail fixed rigidly of the 32mm bore GI charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal/taking out of existing nylon newar tape white 50-55mm wide of charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia and S&F of 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade of size (6' 6" x 3') approx duly fixed with 4mm thick 12mm wide teak wood beading all around 12mm thick ply top sheet to be fixed on frame structure of GI pipe charpoy of 32mm size with the help of round headed counter sunk screws, bolts and washer of size 4mm dia x 75mm long after drilling (total 15 Nos) suitable hole to short rail and long rail of charpoy shall be made and ply top to be fixed rigidly , tightining all the check nuts elbow, long rails short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight the elbows and legs complete all as specified and as directed. Removing of old unsv long rail from the existing GI Charpoy frame and S & F new long rail of length as shown on drawing made out of 32mm dia GI pipe med grade after threading both ends complete all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of existing serviceable/unserviceable short rail and cutting of unserviceable long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe as obtained from Srl No. 19.30 here-in-before to equal two pieces as required for short rail and screwed, making threaded at both sides complete all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame and fixing of new leg length all as shown on drg made out of GI pipe retrieved from short rail obtained against items Srl No. 19.40 here-in-before after cutting and threading complete all as specified including supply and fixing hard wood block (wooden gutka) of size (35x35x40)mm fixed with 30mm long machine screw to legs as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable GI Elbow 3 way 32mm dia from the existing GI Charpoy frame and supply and fixing of new elbow 3 way of 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked suitable for GI charpoy 32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nuts and S&F new check nuts GI 32mm dia medium grade 6mm thick to the frame of charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

Table Dining ORs Aluminium Top (FD-165 (M)) Taking out old broken, u/s top of table dining ORs and S&F aluminium top made out of plain particle board 19mm thick block board (Nepal (M) board/Bhutan Board) connected with 22 gauge aluminum sheet best quality, as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L dismantling/taking out, broken, rusted components of old unserviceable portion of table dining ORs & S&F the following new components made out of 25 x 25 mm square tube of 16 guage thick MS sheet fix to table dining of approved quality per existing shape and size , screws and wire nails as per req , complete all as specified in drawing and directed.

All as per item No 3.0 here-in-before but Legs of table dining , Square tube not exc 225mm long ,complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

All as per item No 3.0 here-in-before but long Bottom stiffener of table dining , Square tube not exc 1600mm long , complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

Taking out old shoe and S&F PVC hard rubber shoe fix to leg of table dining as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of table and scrapping by emery paper and apply spray painting with 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for electric welding in repairs of dislocated/broken joints of table dining ORs same weld joints & grinding to match the surface Shall be continuous and finished smoothly by gas welding all as directed .

Chair verandah (FD-259) Removing of old rusted damaged leg from chair varandah by cutting out from frame and S&F the same with 20mm dia conduit pipe 16 G duly welding to frame complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing of old worn out plastic cane from chair varandah and recanning the same with 4mm wide plastic cane white half round complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable rubber shoe from chair verandah and S&F new rubber shoes of best quality comlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spray painting to frame with 2 coats of white synthetic enamel paint after necessary scrapping and de-rusting complete all as specified and as directed.

Teapoy verandah (FD-255/208) Taking out old damaged top and S&F laminated top made out of 16mm BWR prelaminated particle board one side white and other side teak face with 4mm teak wood edging duly french polish glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable leg from table and S&F leg made out of steel sheet duly welding all as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old shoe and S&F PVC hard rubber shoe for leg of table complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of teapoy scrapping by emery paper and applying 2 coates of spray painting with white colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed.

Almirah large/Steel cup board large (FD-67,351,243) Taking out unserviceable shelf of steel cupboard large wtih shelves and supply, fabridate and fix shelf made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size (915x440)mm duly shaped to suitable for the other members and prepare the surface by providing putty applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Olive Green) over a coat of primer etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable lock of steel cupboard large/steel cupboard 78", supply and fix new lock 65mm size with duplicate keys suitable for existing locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing 3 way locking system in steel cupboard 78" / steel cupboard large with shelves by greasing denting/bending and providing 10mm dia MS round bars as required etc and make functioning the locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing worn out /thread less steel handle of cupboard steel normal/large/cupboard steel 78", supplying new new steel handle, chromium plated of approved quality and fixing suitably with locking arrangement cojplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable shutters of cupboard steel and almirah steel large/ cupboard steel 78", supply and fix shutter made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size (1800x430)mm fixed with 75mm MS butt hinges and also make provision for fixing lock, handle and 3 way locking system etc. and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable leg of cupboard steel and almirah large/ cupboard steel 78", supply and fix leg made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Almirah medium /50" steel with shelves (FD 67(M)) Taking out unserviceable shelf of almirah steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves and supply, fabricate and fix shelf made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size 915x440mm duly shaped to suitable for the other members and prepare the surface by providing putty applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint ( Olive Green) over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable lock of almirah steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves, supply and fix fix new lock 65mm size with duplicate keys suitable for exicting locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out exsting unserviceable shutters of almirah med steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves, supply and fix shutter made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet of size 1800 x 430mm fixed with 75mm MS butt hinges and also make provision for fixing lock, handle and 3 way locking system etc and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paing (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable leg of almirah steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves, supply and fix leg made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamal (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of steel furniture M&L Almirah Large & Small steel with sheelves (FD-67 (M) & 351) for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality (Berger/Asian) of approved shade/ olive green colour over a coat of primer or require shade (Internally & externally) including necessary repairs if any by providing rivets , gas welding, denting etc. Preparation of surfaces (Internal, external,shelves,legs, rails ,stiffeners etc. ) by applying putty and sanding duly denting bending of following items and making the surface free from rust , dust any foreign materials, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-before but Almirah Medium Steel with shelves (DRG NO-FD 243 M) complete all specified and as directed.
