M&L for preparing new Steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type- B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filleting in any position & to any shape, sectional area exc.25 but n. exc. 50 sqcm in CM 1:4 including all mitres, stops etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean raidus built in old size bricks CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasp and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolt clamps, hold fast; wall ties: hook for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafter knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails i.e. false ceiling and wall lining etc and similar position fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in true horizonal level false ceiling using non asbestos (fibre cement) pre-painted decorative tiles of size 595x595x4mm thick manufactured by V- Board or equivalent including GI snap grid of size (600x600)mm, using hot dipped galvanised Steel section, exposed surface with pre-coated capping, main tee of size 24 x 38mm having 0.27mm gauge at every 1200mm, centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24x 32mm, having 0.25mm gauge at 1200mm c/c & wall angle of size 19x 19mm, having 0.35mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200 mm c/c in both directions using 2.0 mm thick pre-straightened GI wire with and including dismantling of boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails i.e. false ceiling and wall lining etc and similar position fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 46 but refixing only of any type ceiling sheet . (Note : Serviceable items received from dismantling to be used)

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium apex roof tile water proofing guard paint Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior roof tile waterproofing guard paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) over and including priming coat of same make as per manufacture's instructions over new/old surfaces with and including preparing new/old Mangalore tile surface on slope roof surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Consumption of paint and primer per sqm will be followed as per manufacture's instructions of Asian paints or techno commercially equivalent).

Complete removal of existing old APP membrane/bituminous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) of any thickness with and including cleaning/removing of old existing primer any type by using remover adhesive/liquid and preparation to surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc. (old or new) with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a uniform coat of approved primer at 0.70 kg/sqm using for water proofing treatment over cement plaster and laying minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified bitumen-based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions on surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of bitumastic Aluminium paint over the APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.
