COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF TILING, ROOFING, FLOORING, PANELING, CEILING, JOINERY AND ALLIED WORKS IN MD AND OTM ACCN AT 8FBSU, AF

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor (unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75 mm thick for sub-base in sub floor sub base, floor and paving etc cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub flooring , complete all specified and directed.

Demolition for floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all specified and directed.

M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per sr No 5.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 9 to 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 Sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

All as per sr No 7.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 7 to 8 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured/ printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 but not exc 0.11 Sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 450X 350X 7mm/450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
