Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and snap grid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete allas specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm cement sand screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605 x 605mm including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for perforated particle board/ tiles12 mm for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails or with staple in ceiling/ timber frame complete all as specified.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall with PVC rawl plug and steel screws to make PVC Frame as per specification and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made PVC frame of size 75x40mm with wall thickness of 4 mm made out of extruded 4 mm thick prelaminated PVC sheet reinforced with 15x15mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness through out the frame and mitred cut and two corners and jointed with two Nos of 150mm long bracket of 10x10mm MS square tube. The door frame shall be fixed to wall using 65x100mm long MS scews through the frame by using PVC fastners minimum of four Nos of Screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum of two Nos of screws to be provided horizontal members etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newely plastered or old untreated surfaces of walls including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5.5mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning and de-silting of oxidation pond of size 100 mtr x 45 mtr x 2.5 mtr depth of sewage Wateroxidation tank and including Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting by mannually which is easily come out with water etc and making good the patches on walls internally or externally in cement mortor 1:3 and brick at opening places where required at site. The quantity of stored water in oxidation pond shall be De-watered by deploying electric driven/ Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes up to 2 KM, Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at AF Stn Gurgaon complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out settle down Sewage sludge cum mud from oxidation pond of size 100 mtr x 45 mtr x 2.5 mtr depth by mannually or by JCBs or by deploying laboursand depositedsludge/mud from oxidation pond by deploying Lorry/Tractor to the area specified and directed at site including excavation in oxidation pond upto the existing bottom surface and making good the bottom surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoated is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :- (a) Electric driven/Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage water from oxidation pond including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes up to 2 KM. (b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where directed by the Engr Authority. (c ) Necessary Oxygen Mask,

Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including ecessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineerin-Charge. (d) Necessary arrangement for Iron ladder of suitable capacity/ safety belt for human precaution/ chain pulley/ tee poy/ hydra and other T&P items as required at site etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Boring/drilling of bore well in required dia to insert casing/strainer pipes by suitable methods prescribed in IS 2800 (Part I) with DTH rig machine including collecting sample from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log using required tools, plants and machinery all as specified and directed upto 100 mtr below ground level in any strata including rocky and boulders upto 200 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring/drilling of bore well in required dia to insert casing/strainer pipes by suitable methods prescribed in IS 2800 (Part I) with DTH rig machine including collecting sample from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log using required tools, plants and machinery all as specified and directed from 100m to 200 m below ground level in any strata including rocky and boulders upto 200 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, lowering and including welding MS (ERW) plain pipe conforming to IS 4270 including necessary painting as directed on outer surface using required tools, plants and machineries as directed and specifed 150 mm dia both ends plain having wall thickness of pipe not less than 4.85 mm, including welding of socket at site on both ends complete all as pecified and directed.

Supplying, lowering and including welding MS (ERW) plain pipe conforming to IS 4270 including necessary painting as directed on outer surface using required tools, plants and machineries as directed and specifed 100 mm dia both ends plain having wall thickness of pipe not less than 4.85 mm, including welding of socket at site on both ends complete all as pecified and directed.

Supplying and lowering and including welding MS (ERW) pipe, slotted, having slot 1.6 to 3.2mm conforming to IS 8110 including necessary painting as directed on outer surface using required tools, plants and machineries as directed and specifed of 150 mm dia suitable for tube well having wall thickness of pipe not less than 6.35 mm, complete all as pecified and directed.

Supplying and lowering MS (ERW) pipe, slotted, having slot 1.6 to 3.2mm conforming to IS 8110 including necessary painting as directed on outer surface using required tools, plants and machineries as directed and specifed of 100 mm dia suitable for tube well having wall thickness of pipe not less than 6 mm, complete all as pecified and directed.

S&F MS reducer of size 150x100mm of length 600mm including welding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing p gravel packing in tube well construction in accordance with IS 4097 with required grading and size as per actual requirement all as specified and as directed.

Development of borewell in accordance with IS 2800 and IS 11189 to establish the water yield without sand content beyond permissible limit using a required capacity Diesel engine driven Air compressor and after fully developoped, measuring the yield by v notch or any other approved method collecting water sample and getting tested from approved labrotary and submit the yield report, water test report, static level and drawn down level report, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sanitary sealing around the top of borewell with PCC 1:3:6 type C -2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of size 1200x1200x900mm including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster all fair faces of concrete finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) including excavation remoal of surplus soil etc, all as specified and as directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning of bleaching dosing equipment suitable for pumping liquid Hypo chloride of concentration upto 50%, 2 to 6 Lph injecting to pumping main with pressure upto 6 kg per sqcm including required elctric motor driven pump set, bleaching solution tank of capacity 50 ltr with Lids, suction and delivery tubes, non return valve, connecting up to the system with GI/CI pumping main complete all as speified and as directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning of submersible pump sets water filled, water cooled, with squirrel rotor elctric motor, 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz, upto 5 HP, 110 m total head, 2000 GPH discharge, shall be lowered in the bore well providing with necessary fiing clamps bolt nuts rubber packings between flanged pipes, required size of copper conductor flat cable from starter to pump set properly terminated both ends and fastened with GI/CI pipes all as specified and as directed. Notes 1.The exact head, discharge and Nos of stage will be finalised after conducting yield test of bore well. 2 Rate quoted shall include for lowering of submerible pump set including all fittings like GI reducers, increasers, nipples, bolt nut and any other items required during execution of work.

Supply install testing and commissioning of submersbile pump control panel with following protection and accessories :- a) Ammeter, voltmeter, indication lamps. b) Suitable capacity starter with proper rating relays/contactors/timers. c) Protection from phase failure, phase squence corrector relay, phase balance and suitable rance MCBs for control and main. d) The panel shall be indoor type, dust, vermin and moisture proof.

Supply and lowering GI column pipe (Heavy grade) confirming to IS of size 40 mm dia bore approx 3 m length each duly both ends flanged/ drilled by welding with special provision such as clamps and flange (size shall be as per IS specifications) and should have two cuts for fixing submersible cable and connecting complete with rubber gasket and nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia in trenches/on wall including ISI marked fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix non return sluice valve of size 50 mm cast iron non raising brass/stainless steel spindle , PN 1.6 with all maerial for jointing like bolt, nuts, washers and packing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L sluice Valve flanged, completed size 50 mm bore PN 1.6 with all maerial for jointing like bolt, nuts, washers and packing etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized mile steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less then 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around to the plate , using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrod bolted or rivited to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe from upper end of earth plate up to equipment 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from earth chember to upper edge of earth plate, Test point, GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipeand PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 , (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in pit chember and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bar 6 mm dia @ 100 c/c both way with 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying of GI Pipe concealed in floor and wall all as described in electrical plate of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and fix MS well cap 8mm thick 150 mm dia having internal threads and with welding iron handle made to shape of 20 mm MS round complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS housing clamp made out of mild steel flat iron 150x12mm thick, 1.5 mtr long suitable for 150 mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS bolts full threaded nuts and washers at ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electrologging by using computerized composit lithalog machine and ascertaining the position of slotted and plain casing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying of CI pipes/GI pipes and getting out in hard /dense soil incl. , trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
