Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 03.00 above but Except stone, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old stone obtained from demolition shall be reused.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks,kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, coulmns, posts, bed plates, pintel blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders , plinth courses, copings, cover slab and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete and setting with CM 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid,bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining ( veneering to wall ) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.
