Civil work 1 to 30:- Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc .in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches ,stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres (HSR 6.6)

Earth filling under floors with surplus soil, excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15 cm layers, including ramming watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres {HSR 6.13(a)}

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m (a) Soft/loose soil.{HSR 6.25 (a)}

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.28)

Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in kerbs and the like items, finished smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on exposed surface including form work, placing and fixing in position, complete at the ground level or in first storey {HSR 10.77}

Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in tiles and channels and the like items, finished smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on exposed surface including form work, placing and fixing in position, complete at the ground level or in first storey. {HSR 10.78}

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns,(square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc., excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects (HSR 10.86)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc., excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects,(For work upto 1.5 metres below ground level). Damp proof course 40 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration at 1.65 kg per sqm laid hot and sanded {HSR 10.114)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in pavements, roads, taxi-tracks and runways, laid to required slope and camber, including consolidation, finishing and tamping complete. (HSR 10.132)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth (HSR 11.2)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level (HSR 11.7)

Open end of pipe sealed with 3 mm thick plate including the cost of nuts and bolts where bolts connections are specified at flange joints including one coat of ready mixed red oxide zink cromate primer of approved quality assembling and fixed in position complete in all respect (HSR 18.14)

Supplying M.S. Bolts of required sizes with nuts and washers complete {HSR 18.15(a)}

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC incluidng straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position, complete in all respect for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separtely for different diameters as actually used in work excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick high strength galvanized colour coated steel sheets having trapezoidal profiles of approved make (I.S.I. mark) in roofing, at all height, fixed in position with self drilling screws of approved shape & make, complete in all respects as per drawing & manufacture’s specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick high strength galvanized colour coated steel sheets 45 cm wide gutters of required shape, fixed in position with self drilling screws of approved shape and making connection with rain water pipe, complete in all respects as per drawing & manufacture’s specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Earth filling under floors with dune sand (tiba sand), brought from outside (any lead), in 15 cm layer including laying, dressing, watering ramming, consolidating, excavation, carriage, loading, unloading and compensation, etc., complete (NS)

Providing and fixing marble strips of size 14 mm to 17 mm thick and 85 mm wide in floor fixed in position, complete in all respects as per drawing and design or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

EI work 31 to 53:- Supply and erection of blanking sheet in existing distribution board (HSR 31.16)

MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND ISOLATOR:(HSR 31.17) Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker/isolator 240/415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections (a) Miniature Circuit Breakers of 9 K.A. breaking capacity (ii)6-32 amp. SP MCB
