Operation and day to day general Maintenance of E&M installations at Power House, Pump House, Sewage Treatment Plant, CCR hall, entire operational area including Fire station, MT section, Hangar, Perimeter wall/road lighting, comprising of 33 KV HT Panel, Power Transformers, DG Sets, APFC Panel, Essential & Non-Essential LT Panels, Hydro Pneumatic Water Supply System, complete GLF system, Highmast lighting, Feeder pillars inside the operational area and associated Earthing System of all electrical equipments etc. on 24X7, round the clock basis, attending faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components as per AAI supplied new components and ensuring 100% serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, routine and general preventive maintenance activities on daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis as per standard manufacturers' practices/OEM recommendations, maintenance&up keeping of records and log books as required, including complete general housekeeping(installation related rooms) and upkeeping of the installations including substation on all days including Sundays & Holidays as specified and as directed by E-I-C.

Operation and day to day general Maintenance of E&M installations related to Air Navigation Facilities such as Localizer, Glidepath, DVOR, Old ATC Tower(existing) and other E&M installations related to Air Navigational services located in Old Terminal building such as Essential & Non-Essential LT Panels, and associated Earthing System of all equipments etc., attending faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components on requirement basis as per user with AAI supplied new components and ensuring 100% serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, routine and general preventive maintenance activities on daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis as per standard manufacturers' practices/AAI standards, maintenance of records and log books as required, complete general upkeeping of the installations, etc., on all days including Sundays & Holidays as specified and as directed by E-I-C.

BDV testing of Transformer oil sample for 33/0.433 KV Transformer with calibrated testing equipment and submission of test report duly signed by competetnt testing Engineer as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dehydration/ Filtration of Transformer oil at site for transformers upto&including 1000KVA nominal capacity including top-up as required using duly calibrated high vacuum filtration apparatus to attain the di-electric strength, including arranging plant, transportation etc. complete as required, followed by BDV testing to achive the desired di-electric strength including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil as directed by E-I-C. (excluding cost of Transformer oil)

Servicing, Checking, Repairing, Overhauling and Testing of 1000KVA, 33/0.433 KV Transformer including RTCC and carrying out the following tests and submitting test reports by deploying OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel, complete as required. a) General inspection b) IR value test primary to secondary, primary to earth, secondary to earth c) Votage ratio check at all tap position, d) Bucholtz relay operation e) OTI operation and Testing followed by calibration at site f) WTI operation and Testing followed by calibration at site g) On-Load Tap changer operation serviceability check h) Cleaning of transformer and replacement of silica gel

Calibration and testing of following relays at 33KV H.T.Panel (1 incomer, 4 outgoing; Total: 5 Vertical panel) by deploying OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel using calibrated Relay testing kit through primary / secondary injection kit including transportation of testing kits, adjustment of plug settings ensuring relay co-ordination, if any and submission of test reports etc. i) Overcurrent & Earth fault relay: 5 Nos. (Make: ABB, Model:SPAJ140C/REJ601) ii) Trip Circuit Supervision Relay: 5 Nos. (Make: ABB, Model: 1MYN569697-A) iii) Tripping Relay : 5 Nos. Inspection,Overhauling,Servicing/ Repairing followed by Testing of the LT Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) using calibrated testing equipment, by OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel, as per OEM recommended standards and submission of test report complete as required. Job includes calibration of inbuilt over current and earth fault relay followed by setting of relays confirming co-ordination and checking of internal wiring of ACB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker/panel including repairing works excluding cost of spares. 415V, 1600-2000A ACB, Make: C&S

Breakdown Service visits for attending complaints of C&S Make 415V, 1000-2000A LT Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) by deputing OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel as and when required including replacement of defective parts etc. complete as required. (excluding cost of spares)

Annual Service Visit/health checkup of Trip Circuit Battery Charging Unit (HT Panel ) by deploying competent Service Personnel, including Cleaning of Charger, Checking of Charger Circuit (Control and Power Circuit) including all components, Checking of Batteries, Terminals, Checking of Operation, ensuring serviceability of cubicle in all respect, replacement of defective spares (excluding cost of spares) etc., as required.

Re-winding and repair of motors related to following rating submersible/monoblock pump including dismantling, cutting of burnt out wire, rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts, re-assembling, testing of motor, transportation of the submersible pump motor set to the site etc as and on when required as directed by E-I-C.

Lifting and Lowering of Submersible pumpset from existing borewell/openwell including cutting, re-threading of existing/new pipes, pipe fittings (nipple, elbow, flange valves, clamps etc.) and installation of submersible pump set (provided by AAI) along with submersible cables, cable and panel connections etc., complete as required.

Maintenance & Servicing of existing Hydro Pneumatic Pump System including Control panel on half-yearly basis for checking, inspection, repairing, configuring and testing including attending unlimited breakdown calls and repalcement of spares (excluding cost of spares) etc. complete as required by deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/Service Dealers/Specialised agency experienced in similar nature of work for maintaining the system in acceptable, functional, operational and serviceable condition. Make: GRUNDFOS, Panel Model: CU351O; Pump System Model: CR 32-3-2 A-F-A-E-HQQE, 30m3/hr, Motor: MG132SC, 5.5KW; Total: 2 Working pumps +1 Standy pump operated automatically. (Each Half yearly visit one job)

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2022 as per site condition and per direction of E-I-C at different locations in operational area/OTB/Power House/CCR/Firestation/Hangar and other locations. The bidder shall quote the rate for 01 (one) job corresponding to the value of Rs.2,50,000/- (Ex.GST) in INR only and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. Note: The rate provided in DSR 2022 is inclusive of GST, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST, the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned in special conditions of tender document. Carrying out in field photometric test for measurement of intensity, beam spread and orientation (4 Cs i.e- Configuration, Colour, Candelas and Coverage) of Runway Edge lights/Runway End lights/Threshold lights/Approach lights/PAPI lights/Turn pad lights/Signboards etc., by using remote mobile calibrated photometric testing equipment as per ICAO/DGCA CAR requirements and measurement of Apron Lux levels using Calibrated equipment including submission of 3 sets of test reports hard copy and soft copy etc complete all as required as per special condition of contract.( Spares for light fittings shall be provided by AAI) One Visit-1 Job

Calibration of AMA make Clinometer from NABL accredated lab/OEM lab/any other govt.labs and submission of Calibration Report for compliance of statutory/ regulating authority requirements.
