Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. in ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars in ground floor including roof.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

.In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by mechanical means.

Upto 3.0 m depth with pumping out water

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of aboutments , wing - walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the EIC.

Supplying and laying Polythene sheet (150 gm / sqm ) over damp proof course or below flooring or in foundation trenches .

Hire & Labour charges for shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout prop with wooden plank/ ply / wood / steel plate with required bracing for any kind of plane or reinforce concrete works in all sorts of minor structure in cluding culvert , box culvert, cross drain etc.The rate is inclusive of fitting , fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification & direction.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure including initial straighting , straiting of coil bars, removal of loose rust (if any) , cutting to requisite length , bending , binding in annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection , hooked and bending in correct shape and placed forms etc. including cost of black anneled wire and cost of loading , unloading and carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of EIC [SAIL / TATA]

First class brick work in cement sand mortar in aboutment , wing wall , parapet , cross drain , drain , H.P.Culvert , guard wall etc. including curing , scaffolding , raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials.[ in (1:6) Proportion]

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, noising and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (Ground Floor) including cost of chipping over concrete surface.

With 6:1 cement mortar (20 mm thick)

With 4:1 cement mortar (10 mm thick)

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall , dado , drain etc.

Providing and laying Design Mix Concrete for plain / Reinforced concrete work in any part of culvert / bridge with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading , fine aggregate (sand ) conforming to proprer grading zone, both of approved quality & cement , at necessary , including labour , cost and carriage of all materials and including prepration of design Mix approved of the same by the EIC and cost of Quality control , sampling , testing etc all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for form work and reinforcement work.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforce concrete abutment , wing wall, retain wall with 100 mm dia A.C. pipe , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V: 20 H towards drawing face. Complete as per draing and technical specification.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials. Payment for painting will be made separately)

Supplying fitting and fixing plaque made of Granite slabs ( single piece) of 15 mm to 18 mm thick with uniform texture and without decorative veins in facia etc fixing with using Cement slurry at back side of granite @4.4 kg/sq.m and white cement slurry for joint filling @1.8 kg/sq.m.including making lettering , sign marks etc as per direction in the granite slabs with fixed at brick wall (in 1:6) as directed including earth cutting , 75 mm thick sand filling , 75 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) and plastering with 20 mm thick sand cement mortar (6:1) as specifed by the Department including wall putty , Acrylic primer & Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion two coats including all incedential charges for labours , materials , machinaries & transportig charges complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
