Dismantling of existing roof Treatment of any description all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.(Including 4 Story building)a..Rate of this item is inclusive of diconnect fitment at water tank or solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) (Including 4 Story building) and removing of mud as per direction by Engr in charge.

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 (Including 4 Story building)complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing cement concrete in roof or mud stops using type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) rounded or chamfered on edges or making slop on roof (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 3.00mm thick APP based polymer membrane by torch application for sealing joint and applying two coats of Bituminous base Aluminium paint over 85/25 industrial bitumen coat over @ 1.20Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on newly plastered clean and dry roof surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand mixed with Liquid WPC) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 6mm t0 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using Aluminium Channel, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in internal surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic) of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion by Auto Roller over a coat of primer over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning including finishing by Sanding Machine and Auto Roller new surface complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm Graded stone aggregate) as in for fixing posts, bed plates, anchor blocks, corbels, brackets, including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and as directed. mortar complete with joints to match

M&L fore Mild steel angle iron as in brakets/fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh and sunshade any type) ncluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and embedding in concrete and Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed in repair with self tapping J hooks including dismantling of existing sheet in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etac but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mena radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 7 to 8mm thick Glazed Ceramic Coloured Digital Tiles of Size, 300X450mm set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White cement with pigment to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in plinth protection and courtyard, finished even and smooth/fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for 25mm thick Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 30cmx30Cm pre printed coloured , Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry with Grey Cement and Pigment over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in CM (1:4) as in Path, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs, 20 mm Bore gun metal Gate/Globe half turn valves with iron wheel/Lever fixed-in-repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Sheet Glass,4.0mm thick Ordinary, Glazing as in Window Frames fixed with Wooden oil putty/rubber beads, not exc. 0.50 Sqm in Each Pane and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless Steel Wire Cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of Wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with Tinned Tacks of Mild Steel Wire Stapes, fixing and repair etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified(Note:Apply for 3 mm thick birla putty for surface by auto rollar)

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 10Km but n exc 15 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for gunniting RCC works in coloum, beams, slabs, ceiling,Chajjas,Facia, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm with 3 mm dia steel wire as facias/drops and similar works etc and applying an epoxy resin concrete bonding agent treatment over the old concrete surface to bond with the new concrete with Nitobond EP of M/s Pidilite/M/s BASF (as per manufacurers instruction) to bond old and new concrete,to gunniting work with minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg per Sqcm in two layers of total average thickness shall be 40 mm thich with cement mortor (1:2) using ordinay port land cement of 53 grade mixing with waterproofing admixture polycrete @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :The following items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.1) Reinforcement bars placed as per required . 2) After placing the reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbed with brush, washed with water and allowed to dry for plastering 3) Work is to carried out in patches 4) Rate for scaffolding etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate 5) Gunniting work at Ground floor to 4 th story height 6) Anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars 7) 15 mm plaster in CM 1:4 shall be done on Gunniting area . 8)Pressure machine to be used for gunniting work is mandatory. 9) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely

Taking down existing water tank of cap 500 to1000 ltrs and refixing after necessary water proofing treatment on roof including all fitting as reqiured complete all as specified and as directed
