Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of centrifugal pumping set electric driven 1440 RPM with bronze impeller, multi stage and steel shaft suitable to give discharge of 1900 LPM at 35 mtr head coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of capacity not less than 25 HP coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of capacity not less than 40 HP, 1440 RPM at 415 volts AC, 3 phase 50 C/C mounted on common base plate with and including the following : (i) Electric connection with suitable size of copper cable with PVC flexible conduit of appropriate size from panel to starter and starter to electric motor. EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION (Schedule 'A' Part-XII (Sec-II)): Supply, install, test and commissioning of copper wound step down transformer, outdoor type, oil immersed, naturally cooled ONAN, rated temperature rise in oil & winding 45/50 degree centigrade complete with standard fittings of capacity 63 KVA HT 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433V, 4 wire, 50Hz of vector group DYN-11 with off load tap changing device on HT side to vary secondary voltage from + 2.5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% including cable box on LT and HT side, first fill of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60KV, suitable mounting rails of appropriate gauge and other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 with maximum total losses as per energy efficiency level 3 of IS : 1180 (Part 1) : 2014. Note :- The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (a) Accessories such as oil level gauge, rating and diagram plate, monogram plate, explosive vent with diaphragm, thermometer pocket with thermometer, gun metal drain valve at bottom, Air release plug, inspection cover, lifting lugs, hooks, bi-directional plane rollers, oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, silica gel breather & other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 etc. Any other item as per manufacturer recommendations for best function of transformer if required are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, servo controlled three phase unbalanced load naturally oil cooled with first filling of new transformer oil, copper wound, 50 KVA capacity conforming to BIS 9815 Part-I : 1994 reaffirmed 2009 and IS 335 : 1993, indoor type copper wound 3 phase 4 wire, 50 c/s designed for input variation between 300 volt to 480 volt with output voltage sabilized at 415V with accuracy +/-1% (adjustable), efficiency more than 95%, full load loses less than 2.5% with overload/ short circuit protection, high & low voltage cut off, by pass arrangement and single phase sequence change protection and speed correction 8 volt per second, filling of transformer oil of di-electric strength not less than 60 KA with standard fittings such as two earthing terminals for body, oil level gauge indicatorfor level minimum and maximum fitting lugs, rating and terminal plate. The stabilizer shall be powder coated for water/dust and vermin proof duty complete as per OEM recommendations and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel engine driven Water cooled generating set of capacity 40 KVA, 415 volts, BHP as per manufacturer recommendation, AC supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM at Jammu mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification with CPCB approved acoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheets as per manufacturer recommendation. Sound proofing of enclosures is done with high quality foam conforming to IS-8183 for 75 dBT 01 metre complete including PCC foundation in all respect as per norms of OEM. Make: Kirloskar Oil Engines/ Cummins/ Greaves Ltd/ Ashok Leyland/ Mahindra & Mahindra / Ruston/Cater pillar DIESEL ENGINE: Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity to develop 40 KVA power at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specification, 12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/ alternator. The engine shall be capable of taking 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours running confirming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) (29 pf 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notifications Part-II sections-III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004. ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL : All relevant information shall be displayed on a panel for easy monitoring of lubricant, oil pressure, battery charging, ammeter, hours meter, starting switch, etc.

FUEL TANK : In built fuel tank of adequate capacity for 12 hours running with stop cock, drain plug as per recommendation of OEM ALTERNATOR : 40 KVA at NTP at Jammu Military Stn, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts, AC supply, 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless, conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule. CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel shall be built in acoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cable:- (i) MCCB of suitable capacity with over load and short circuit protection. (ii) Digital Ammeter. iii) Digital voltmeter. (iv) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fuses. (v) Frequency meter, RPM meter, Hour meter, Fuel level indicator. (vi) KWH meter of suitable capacity digital type for 3 phase 415 volt AC supply and for unbalanced load (vii) Water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge. Note : The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirement (The label shall be durable and legible) (a) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (b) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment (PROTECTION) (c) Type and approval certificate number. (d Date of manufacturing of Gen set.

Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure should be as per manufacturer recommendation. The walls of enclosures will be insulated to get 75 dba at 1 metre sound level as recommended by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have following provisions : (i) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing (iii) Fuel drain (iv) Lub oil drainage (v) Air breather (vi) Easy stop push button (vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii) Canopy light as per OEM recommendations Note: (i) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy (ii) First filling of Engine oil and Fuel etc should be arranged by contractor for testing
