Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall a) 20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour. c) 25mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 62 gms.

Providing and fixing CPVC union approved quality and manufacturer (astral or equivalent) in pipe including cutting and fixing in pipe etc. complete (New work) : a) 20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Repairing of C.I. pipes in shafts by filling of holes in c.i. pipes, closing of doorsof tee/bend of ci.i. pies with neat cement mixed with water proofing compound etc., after taking precautionary measures for execution of work. This includes all fittings and fixtures complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Credit to work on account of old dismantled : (a) PVC etc.
