SH-I PROJECT WORK

Manufacturing and supply of hydraulic dock leveler as per specification mentioned below: RDL Seried Dock leveler - Model: RDL 2230 of Gandhi Automations or equivalent approved make - CE certified according to standard european norm 1398 or equivalent Indian standard certificate - Platform with hinged lip made of profiled with hinged lip made of profiled and anti-slip steel - carrying capacity: 06 Ton point load - Lip with automatic side flaps with orange similar to RAL 2000 - Lift Cylinder: single effect - lip cylinder: Double effect & Self-Venting. - Pair of super Bumpers - 400 mm (H)X 150 mm mm(W) X 80 mm (D) with heavy steel support. -Control panel with control accessories internal wiring etc.,

Installation testing and commissioning of the Dock leveller at Sl No 1 with all fixing accessories and including supply and fixing of supporting frame work with civil works, clearnace of existing opening by removing sand/ earth filling finishing the total surface etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Breaking heavy duty concrete platform for Dock leveler installation by mechanical means hiring hydraulic cuting machines and removing debris and disposal of debris outside AAICLAS premises as required

Providing and laying in position cement of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level: 1:11/2:3 (1 cement :11/2 coarse sand (zone-III) including from natural sources:3 graded stone aggregated 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

SH-II ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR EXISTING DOCK LEVELERS

Non- comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 17 Nos. "CAMPISA" / Techno Crats/Electro-Hydraulic make dock levelers installed at Integrated cargo complex and comprising of platform with hinged lip make of profiles, anti-slip steel and hydraulic power pack with capacity of uniformly distributed load of 15 T or point load of 6 T with power pack of three phase 1 HP motor, high pressure gear pump, manifold, oil filters and oil reservoir i/c pressure relief valve, load holding check valve, flow control valve, Lowering solenoid valve and push button control station, etc. as require as per specification covering the scope of activities given in special conditions of contract, attending faults, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, i/c attending preventive & breakdown maintenance complete, etc. as required.
