Replacement oif safety valve spring loaded for air blower made out of bronze metal female connection size 25mm.

Replacement of scraping arms by dismantling old one and supply & fixing new blades made out of MS Sheet 3.15mm thick and size as per existing sample with SS but bolts and with rubber strip of neoprene rubber to clear the tapered floor of clarifier and fixing blade assembly with revolving arms.

Cutting welding and replacement of worn out portion of steel MS Channel, angle sheet by welding or by nut bolts etc. Complete in all respect.

Dismantling of reduction gear with motor and replacement of NDE, DE, cooling fan as per sample. Complete warnishing and refixing the same after complete repair.

Dismantling the induction motor upto 5.00 HP. Rewinding the same with super enamel copper, winding wire, replacement of ball bearing of DE, NDE cooling fan. As per sample coplete warnishing and refixing the same after complete repair

Dismantling the indution motor up to 5.00 HP and welding the saft from bearing sizes, turning, polishing to required size, replacement of ball bearing of DE, NDE colling fan as per sample warnishing and refing the same after comlete repair.

Replacement of worm and gear set of reduction gear as per existing size and replacement of bearing oil seals, gaskets, minor nut.bolts and washer etc and refixing the same after complete repair at site.

After complete repair painting of complete steel structure of the calrified by two coats of synthetic rubber pain over one coat of red oxide primer. Complete job.Comlete commisioning of revolving bridge after painting.
