SITC of low glare LED flood light with dia-cast aluminium IP66 protection corrosion resistance powder coating outdoor floodlight with suitable driver, 24000 lumen, efficacy >120 lumen/watt, CRI>70, P.F >0.90, 5700-6000K, Surge protection- min. 5KV, S/C & O/V protection and suitable for operation on 140-270V, 50Hz, AC supply on 12mtrs. pole for proper illumination of outdoor 5 nos. cricket practice pitches with a minimum lux distribution of 350 lux and average 400 lux in playing area. LED chip should be of Cree/ Nichia/OSRAM/ Philips make. Equivalent to Philips make Model: BVP483LED235 CW SWB PSU GR LED Make:Philips/Bajaj/Havells/Crompton/equivalent approved by EIC. Note: 1. Manufacturer has to provide LM 79 & 80 certificates from NABL accredited laboratory/Govt. approved Labs . 2. Contractor has to provide five years replacement guarantee of the total LED fittings including lamps and driver units after installation and commissioning of the units at site. 3. Fixing of floodlight on top of the pole structure by means of 3 nos. 10mm dia x87 mm bolt, nut & double washers. 4. Agency has to submit illumination design in the technical bid document.

Supply and Erection of Hot dip galvanized Octagonal Pole with specification given below in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required, Height of Pole: 12 mtr, Construction Material IS 5986, Sheet Thickness :3 mm,Galvanizing Standard: IS 4759, Metal Protection Hot dip Galvanizing internally & externally, Thickness of Galvanization min. 65 Microns., Octagonal Pole HT Steels confirming to grade S355J0 or equiv. also confirming IS 2629/IS 2633/IS 4759, Base & Top Dia. 200mm and 100 mm, P.C.D. 220 mm SQ IS 226/IS 2062, Base Plate 300 X300X16mm mm, Foundation Bolt Size M24 x 750 mm long,4nos J type with light fixture bracket(7 nos LED), inbult J-Box,wind speed withstand capacity as per IS 875., Make: Bajaj/Valmont/CG/JK Poles/Jindal Power Corp./equivalent approved by EIC.

Supplying and drawing of 3core 2.5 sq. mm Flat cable suitable for submersible pump motor 1100V grade , confirming IS : 694 in the existing Steel/ PVC conduit/pole as required including necy. connection. Make:Finolex/Havells/Polycab/RR Kabel/equivalent approved by EIC.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade (up to 35 sq. mm.) direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supply of 4 core 10 sq. mm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured cable 1100V grade , confirming IS : 7098( part-1), Make:Finolex/Havells /Polycab/RR Kabel/RPG/equivalent approved by EIC.

Supply and making end termination with Dowells make brass compression gland and Al. lugs for 4 x10 sq.mm size of PVC/XLPE al. conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing 4P sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32 A, 415 V “C” curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
