Repairment/Improvement of Drainage System at District Hospital Bandipora.

A) Drainage System

Dismantling manually/ mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed 25 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge.

Providing and laying of PVC Pipes 6 inch dia(main) in distribution drains of prince quality including Tee, sockets,unions, bends complete job.

Providing and laying of PVC Pipes 4 inch(lateral) in distribution drains of prince quality including Tee, sockets,unions, bends complete job.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in In cement mortar 1 cement: 6 fine sand mortar.

Providing and applying average 12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:6 to all surfaces at all levels including surface preparation, staging, scaffolding , curing complete as directed.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone- III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size),inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 20mm agg With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg)

Engagement of labour in Backfilling of excavated earth in ditches making it plain again complete job

Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45 cm overall semi circular/trapezoidal/rectangular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

B) Septic Tank

All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying stone soling including compacting, watering including all carriages of material complete incl. carriage with lead of 15 Kms.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms including all carriages complete.
