The tenderers are supposed to quote percentage above, below or at par over the entire schedule of rates uniformally applicable to all items of Schedule of Rates and has no option to quote percentage in any other manner. 3. Before filling the rates in price bid, the tenderers must visit the site at their own cost and study complete tender document including detailed scope of work, description / specification of each items, relevant works & logistics of the area. 4. The corporation shall be within its right to execute or not to execute or to partially execute or exceed any of the items as mentioned in the schedule of items and rates. 5. The tenderer confirms that they have read and understood the tender documents, terms and conditions, scope of work and then have quoted the percentage rate. 6. The party has to enter bidder's name and the percentage only, in the designated cells. 7. Bidders are required to fill Service Accounting Code/HSN & GST Rate (%) in the technical bid. Filling of Service Accounting Code/HSN & GST Rate (%) in the technical bid is mandatory and non-submission of the same is liable for rejection of their bid. Further, IOCL has worked out GST 18% under works contract and if the bidders deviate from w.r.t. to category of service, service code or GST rate then proper justification to be provided for such deviations by the bidders in their bid.
