NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 46 to 66 :- (1) List of approved makes has been provided in particular specifications. Contractor shall ensure that luminaire provided comply with the aforesaid specifications. No claim shall be entertained during currency of work. (2) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete incl lamps from the date of completion of work. The product will be replaced free of cost in following cases :- (a) Manufacturing Defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 metre) below 90% of claimed value of lumen (or lux at 1 metre) of the LED/luminaire. (d) Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (3) All LED/luminaire shall meet the provision laid down in IS-16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II/Section 13. (4) The contractor shall submit the LM-80 and LM-79 test report (except decorative fitttings) as specified in Particular Specifications.
