REPAIR TO SEWAGE /MANHOLE COVER, DRAINAGE IN THE AREA-I OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (W) JABALPUR

Desludgeing of existing septic tank, manually or using mechanical appliances including removal of sludge to a distance not exc 1 KM out side of ministry of defence land at isolated places complete all as specified and as directed inciduing excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m in dept in mud in fould poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manuyally / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. After complete cleaning of septic tank the manhole cover shal be re-fixed in same position with CM 14 and bleaching powder spread on top surface of septic tank @ 1 Kg per septic tank complete all as specified and directed at site. Note Item shall be operated when septic tank are over flowing with sludge. This aspect shall be verified by Engr-in-Charge in respect of every septic tank before allowing the contractor for cleaning of the same. Note :-Necessary tools , plants & machinery for Cleaning of Septic Tank by Hony Scruber Machine either required to be purchased by the contractor or hire from MCJ by the contractor without any extra cost to the govt and no extra cost be paid on this account.and cleanig of shurbs/bushes arround the septic tank,filter bed,manhole and along the sewage line etc all as the directed by Enge in charge.

Clearing of all blockages in sewer line of any type and dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging foreign materialsm by mechanically including desludging where required and as ordered by Engr-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional from floor traps, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully trap upto final drop /outlet into septic/central sewage system terminating in other joining zone/area or into sewage well complete all as specified and as directed. Note :contractor should be deployed Min. Two Nos Team with T&P and mechanical equipments shall be provided by contractor on each working day for 08 hours per day to clear the blockage of sewage line/manhole on day to day complaint basis by users,and cleanig of shurbs/bushes arround the septic tank,filter bed,manhole and along the sewage line etc all as the directed by Enge in charge.

Clearing & removal of blockage, of any type in WC, bathroom, kitchen including floor/nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipes gully trap upto 1st manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging and removing foreign materials to a distance up to 50 metres to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Note for item no 2 & 3 :- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R I daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fails. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 200/- per complaint shall affected from contractor payments. (e) Blockage cleared between two manholes irrespective of length in between shall be treated as one complaint.and cleanig of shurbs/bushes arround the septic tank,filter bed,manhole and along the sewage line etc all as the directed by Enge in charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for taking up/laying sewer lines and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 above but exc. 1.5m and n.exc. 3.0m deep.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm all as specified & directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at alevel n.exc 1.5m above starting point

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia ( Salt Glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC bed and haunching and removal of debris outside the MD land all as directed.

All as per item No.8 above but 200mm dia.
