Supply and fixing FPC (FLAT PLATE COLLECTOR) as per following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Section : 1.2mm thick Aluminium (ii) Back sheet : 0.46 mm thick Aluminium (iii) Insulation : Fibre Glass wool with 50mm thick (iv) Foil : 0.05mm thick Aluminium (v) Flat plate collector fins (9 Nos) : Ultrasonic welded with Nalsun coating. (vi) Riser Pipe : 0.33mm & 0.6mm for Header pipe for Non-PRD (vii) Riser Pipe : 0.5mm & 0.71mm for Header pipe for PRD (viii) Glazing : 1000 x 2000 x 4mm clear toughened glass (ix) Glass beading : E.P.D.M. Rubber (x) Fasteners : Stainless steel (xi) Grommets : E.P.D.M Rubber (xii) Flanges : Brass (xiii) Finishing : Powder coating

Supply and fixing Solar Hot Water FPC 100 LPD GL Tank, non pressurised, inner tank shell thickness 3mm, inner tank side dish thikness 3mm, incl 1x3KW electric heating element 230 volts including taking down old unserivceable solar hot water tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solar Water Heater FPC 100 LPD Stand including taking down old unserviceable stand complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Hose Pipe of suitable size for solar hot water heater including taking down old unserviceable hose pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hose pipe Clamp for solar hot water heater including taking down old unserviceable hose pipe clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipes laid on ground or on wall SDR 7.4 & (PN-16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors of 20 mm outer diameter of pipes complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing PP-R gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site suitable for 20 mm outer dia of pipes complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed
