Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specifed and directed. (Note: Rate included for removing grass,vegitation/scum on black top surfacee grass, root & vegetation/scum complete to the entire satisfaction of Eng- in - Charge. Note : Cleaning should be done through air - compressor.

Material & labour for pre-mix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradiant and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as directed. (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver).

M&L Applying evenly primary/tackcoat with Paving bitumen (VG-30) @5kg/10sqm on existing black top road all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with vibrator roller and 8 to 10 tonne static roller all as specified and directed. Note : Mix shall be from hot mix plant spreading through mechanical paver.
