Renovation of the Portico, Connecting Bridge, Examination Controllers Office and Computer Cell along with Construction of a Barrack at JPSC Jail More, Ranchi for the year 2026-2027

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Extra for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. ( vide classification of soil item-B)

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers. Not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forFoundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubesetc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position andapplying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding andbolted with special shaped washers etc. completeHot finished welded type tubes

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatmennt with APP(Atatiic poly-propylene)modifieid polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 040litre per sqm,2nd ,4th & 6th courses of bonding maataerial @ 1.20kg/sqm,which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702,3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified polymeric membrance 1.5mm thick of 2.25 kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polmeric mix and the polymeric mix is kprotected on both side with 20micron HMHDPE film,7th ,the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12mm layer of cemennt mortar 1:3(1cement:3 fine sand) and finished neat(item of laying brick tiles shall be kpaid for separately).

Providing and fixing of external wall system on Ligh gauge steel frame work with outer face cement boards as per standard sizes fixed with self drilling/tapng screws/fasteners @60cm C./C oif aproved make A groove of 2mm to 3mm shall be maintained and grooves shall be sealed with silicon base d sealant.The board shall be fixed in a staggered pattern screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4m thic or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45mm aand internal face 12.5mm thick gypsum plaster board fixed on cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self drilling/taping screws/fasterners @ 60cm C/C of approved make proper taping and jointng to the done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamlessfinish (cost of frame work to be paid for separately)
