M&L for Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring/hard standing including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M - 40 Grade laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 Nominal mix (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar works slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Precast cement concrete block for kerbs stone with solid block exc 10cm in width type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 of any shape and size as approved by Garrison Engineer, including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the earth and removal of surplus soil from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for edging of road side path including embedding PCC pre cast block in ground to any depth as required and tampering soil around PCC blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for chipping out/ cutting holes of depth not exceeding 10cm into or through Plain cement concrete hardstanding/path, etc and clearing off debris from site outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated 1100 volt FRLSH grade single core cable drawn through concealed/surface and including rigid steel conduit light grade ISI marked minimum 25mm size and its accessories complete along with 1.5 Sqmm PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly completely concealed ,ceiling/roofs with and including 1.2 mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated/Welding mounted on MS post for mounting switches,switch socket combinations fan regulators etc as required with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

S&F Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp box type universal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub main wiring complete with 2 x 2.5 sqmm, single core, multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and sheathed cable 1100 volts grade, drawn in 25mm steel conduit on surface/wall/MS truss/ (as required) a etc including 2.5 sqmmm size pvc insulated sheathed FRSLH copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) All three wire/cable (phase, neutral and earth) should be run through for each individual circuit from the DBs. Supply and fix in replacement of DB SPN 6 way with category of protection double door type IP-42 factory made with tinned copper 200 Amps rated bus bar suitable for MCBs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The DB shall be fixed on structural steel with iron clamp, welding complete .

Supply and fix MCB TPN 63 Amps, 415 volts, 10 KA 'C' Curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN and current carrying capacity of 40 AMP, in the SPN DB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in hard / dense soil Including road/PQC cutting etc not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out including forming of bottom for laying cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
