If the Tenderer is a manufacturer, the tenderer must have manufactured and supplied the goods similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements upto at least 80 % (40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) of the quantity required, in any one of the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (2 years with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises)
If the Tenderer is a authorized representative of a manufacturer, the tenderer must have supplied satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity of goods similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years
Details of Previous similar experience of the tenderer during the last three years in the format mentioned under Section XII of the Tender Document along with Supply Orders as well as Satisfactory performance report from previous customers

Copy of PAN Registration
GST Registration Certificate and a valid latest GST Clearance Certificate issued by the appropriate GST Authority
In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The bidder must furnish Manufacturers Authorization Form as per Section XIII of Tender Document or any similar format
The bidder must upload Catalogue of the Product with detailed product specifications
All Certifications as mentioned at point 18, SECTION VI - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS to be furnished
The bidder should have main office / branch office / service center/s in Bengaluru, in such a manner that they are able to attend the service and maintenance related issues immediately within 24 hours
The Bidder should not be blacklisted by the Government of Karnataka or any of its department/agency or by Central / any other State/UT Government or its department/ agency
TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE SHEET
Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years (FY-2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) to be furnished
The Average Annual Turnover of the Tenderer should not be less than Rs. 60 Lakhs (Rupees Sixty lakhs only) for the last three preceding Financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26). Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) bidder should have Average Annual Turnover of not less than Rs 30 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) for the last 2 (two) preceding Financial years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)
Audited balance sheet and Profit and Loss account statement for the last 3 years (FY-2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)
