Dismantling of depriciated cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts )/ channels/ supports etc care fully from site and setting aside for reuse or for taking credit all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms, bracing supports ,clamps, back plates febricated from structrual steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any size and shape all as directed Including one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel steel paints incl preparation of surface all as directed.

Restringing/Tightening only of ACSR conductor of any type and size of street / security light feeder including straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc complete of any size all as directed. Note : - Single conductor shall be measured for length re-stringing.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any type and size from existing PCC/Steel poles at various locations all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site.

Material and labour in replacement of ACSR conductor straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc complete all as directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Dismantling of insulators of any size/type from existing PCC/Steel poles all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site.

Supply and fix pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle with two GI washer and one GI Nuts 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade incl taking down old unsv insulator from PCC/Steel pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for taking out, laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil incl connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in depth (soil) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading clean dry (Tibba) Sand including watering and consolidation in trenches for cushioning/cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables in trenches for cable protection of U/G cables with width equal to length of bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2, Using 40mm graded aggregate for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe of bore 100 mm, light grade with all running fittings (ISI Marked), laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/crossing drain/nallah etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wherever GI Protection pipes are to be placed/fitted above earths surface, cost of necessary clamping/fixing arrangements to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M&L for cutting the existing hardstanding/PCC/WBM road at a depth of not less than 60 cm & 30 cm in width for passing of HT cables through GI pipes, returning filling in, complete incl finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE for item 1.00 to 22.00 :- Any damages made to the existing services of MES/PHED/Defence nits/Other Depts like HT/LT UG cables, Water Supply/Sewage Pipe lines, OFC/BSNL/Signal communication cables etc. during the excavation/boring/road cuting etc. progress of the work shall be made good with proper jointing kits etc. as per original to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge & GE & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Taking out old unserviceable, burnt, punctured aluminium conductor cable LT, PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, of cross sectional area upto 240 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2.0 core in trenches / through GI pipe / fixed along with pole structure etc with all fixing & connecting accessories like Clamps,Lugs and Glands complete all as specified & as directed.

NOTE : for item No. 36 & 37 1) On completion of the complete work/job the Contr is to perform earth resistance tests for each earthing job in the presence of the Engr-In-Charge or his rep. If the test results are not satisfactory or not within the permissible limits of relevant Standards/IS then the job is to be redone without any extra cost to the Dept till the results are satisfactory.

M&L for River-Sand filling, levelling, watering & consolidation in 15 cm layers on the level ground surface in Sub-Stns complete all as specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for spreading & leveling of stone aggregates of size 20 to 25 mm on sand filling in the Sub-Stns complete all as specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting grass, bushes, creapers, weeds, unwanted plants/growths, area cleaning etc in and arround Electric Supply Installations, LT Panels, Feeder Pillar Boxes or any other locations as decided by Engr-In-Charge/GE and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of outdoor/indoor type LT/HT Panels, Feeder Pillar/Junction boxes etc. of any size/type etc. after cleaning of oils, wax, lubricants, grease, rusty scales, spider webs, dusts etc. complete & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & grade using spray gun & neatly writing distribution details (if applicable) complete all as specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for straight through joint, heat shrink type for LT UG Cable incl joint kits suitable for Aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 4/3.5 core incl earthwork, taking down, preparation of damaged cable incl testing complete all as specified & as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.
