Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/ contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for HT UG cable/ pole/ stay etc on plan and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM thick in Soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Sand cushioning 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable & punned down 18cm,and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying of reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Horizontal boring under the road below 2 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 200mm, with out damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI Pipe any size and making good to the disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade of size 80mm dia laying in trenches/ under floor/on walls for protection of UG cables all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP 55, 11 m long complete with Mild Steel base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws as per IS 2713 (Part II) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing including painting with synthetic enamelled aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide primer after ecrrection and marking pole No on pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation of soil, returning filling in, disposal of surplus soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C2, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, coping shall be measured and paid under relevent item of schedule.

Supply and laying 11000 Volts (11 KV Air/ 11 KV earthed) earthed grade heavy duty XLPE cable with aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of size 95 Sqmm 3 core stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 11000 Volts earthed grade heavy duty XLPE cable with aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of size 120 Sqmm 3 core stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and directed.

S&F of cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sq mm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sq mm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of lightening arrestor high tension, 11 KV expulsion type complete with all fitting, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps including all clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and connecting to existing GI earth wire/ strip and 11 KV system (OH line) all as specified and directed.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type triple pole gang operated air-break switch mounted on Post insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 400 Amp having 09 Nos post insulators complete all as per SSR Part I section19.69 and as directed. Make:- Jaypuria/Rastriya/Pactil/Atlas

Supply and install HT 11 KV DO fuse assembly suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 6 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Jaypuria/Rastriya/Pactil/Atlas

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI 4mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part- I (2009) by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion.

Supply and fix galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as connected to earthing test point/equipment all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of size 25x20cm size thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil from Transformer (s) and Oil Circuit Breaker (s), installed at various Sub Station (s) to achieve di-electric strength not less than 40 KV on 4mm over gap for a period of one minute and testing of acidity of oil and dielectric strength (before and after dehydration / filtration) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling up transformer oil (Grade ‘B’) in Transformer (s) and Oil Circuit Breaker (s), installed at various Sub Station (s), having Di-electric strength not less than 40 KV on 4mm over gap for a period of one minute complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing pin type porcelain vitreous insulator of size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete with suitable nut, bolt and washer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of four pole structure including cross Arms, Channels, clamps etc by scraping old paints and applying two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of zink chrome primer and writing 'HT' and pole No in black paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT Bus Bar factory made CPRI approved made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet on angle iron framing 40X40X5 mm MS with cannopy on top spread out 15 cm from top, HT resigncust moulded bushing fitted on 12 mm glass fibour inside top plate suitable for 11KV with 3 Nos alluminium bus bar 400 amp current capacity separeted with fire returdent sepretor mounted on HT Insulator 06, duly powder coated painted externaly and internaly and danger marking of 11000 volt complete of size 1.0X1.5X1.0 metre including all cable jointing nuts bolts made of brass/ HS steel of sutable size and PCC for grouting of Joint Box to be fixed 02 feet height from ground lebel all as specified and directed.

Repair / Maint of battery bank complete with replacement of all internal wiring, rotating switch, float / cum boost charger switch, including replacement of burnt charge controller PCB of 110 V DC and all other work required to carried out for functional of Battery bank complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 2 Volt maintenance free battery including replacement of battery interconnection and main cable from battery charger copper wound with suitable connector complete all as specified and directed.
