Supply & lay GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed for following sizes :-

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying under ground pipe up 100mm dia complete all as specified. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid in concern Item

Supply & laying 20mm GI pipe medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches in old/new position complete all as specified. Note: Item rate to be quoted include the rate of connection to main DI pipe line with clamp & fittings.

Supplying & fixing gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, as per IS: 778 of 20 mm bore complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 3 Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level connected to connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia uptoTest point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregates chamber 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil ,removal of surplus sil and providing charcol dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15 cm complete all as specified. ( Note:- Up to 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and GI wire shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer GI pipe and GI wire beyond 7.5) will be measured separately under respective item.
