REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER , LT/ APFC PANELS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT TECHNICAL AREA AND 797 SU AT AF STN NAL.

Servicing of distribution transformer step down 11 / 0.433 KV indoor /outdoor type of capacity up to 315 KVA after dismantling the transformer carefully at the site or workshop , opening the top cover of transformer for inspection/repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete, removing the carbon/sludge (which deposit in transformer housing core), replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel and gasket set of top cover including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable of LT & HT bushes, replacement of conservative tank glass ,making all connection with suitable copper lugs ,filling of new transformer oil , re-installing the top cover after cleaning conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc ,Meggering the LT and HT side of the transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :(i) Consumables like nuts bolts and washers are inclusive in the quoted rates, However other items shall be measured and paid separately in the respective items under. (ii) Joint shall be leak proof and any leakage noticed after repair work shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (iii) Contractor shall provide necessary tripod, chain & pulley, T&P, etc for transportation and the rent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per srl item No.1 as above but capacity of transformer more than 315 KVA and up to 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair brass terminal rod with nuts , bolts washer and bushing suitable for HT and LT side of the transformer of any make and capacity upto 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

All as per srl item No 3, above but capacity of transformer more than 315 KVA and upto 630KVA complete all as specified and directed .

Labour for grass cutting and cleaning garbage from near by transformer/RMU/VCB/Panel or electrical installation and dumping or buried in ground for suitable place with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting from the transformer /panel board, cutting off worn out aluminium cable end and Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq. mm 3.5 core including taking out existing cable

All as above per item No 6 here-in-before but size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in Including spreading, levelling. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
