M&L for cutting the faulty/damaged/burnt end portion of the UG cable of cross sectional area 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5 core and making good end termination with and including suitable size of aluminium thimble/lugs duly crimped with crimping tool and refixing in existing position including insulation tape, nuts, bolts etc. as required in distribution boards/LT panel boards/ Change over switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of any size/ type from trenches / wall / roof etc. for necessary repair/ replacement / re-laying works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for relaying old serviceable UG cable of any size/ type alongwith brick protection, sand cushioning etc as obtained from taking up/down old cable here in before in trenches/ wall/ roof etc. after necessary repair/ rerouting if directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F street light fitting of 60 Watt LED made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection and lens embedded PC Cover having top opening seperate driver compartment ,should have luminaire efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt,CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95,CCT≥5500,IP66,impact resistance IK 07 ,inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage , short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10 kV complete also tested for 440 Volt for 8 hour Phase to phase without any damage including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. ( NOTE :(i) PVC insulated PVC sheathed, multistranded aluminium or copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmmX 3 core from light fitting to Street light feeder (max 2.0 mtr ) deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Manufacturer’s test certificate of LED light fitting in respect to LM 79 and LM 80 shall be submitted by the contractor.)

Taking down old unsv / corroded LT feeder pillar box / DB Box / Busbar Chamber of any sizes or types and disconnection of all electrical connections complete for replacement with new one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40 mm x 40mm x 6 mm , factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation (1:2:4 Type B-1) of size 300mm x300mm x600mm on the adjacent pairs of leg & net cementing the same. The feeder pillar box shall be duly painted with two coats of epoxy based powder coated over a coat of red oxide primer (internally & externally) on the surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The feeder pillar box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of heavy duty industrial door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements. The box shall have the provision/accommodation of the following electrical items:- INCOMING: (i) Aluminium bus bar 4 strips (covered with colour coded insulated PVC sleeves) 200 Amps capacity of suitable length including connection etc complete – 01 Set (ii) Indicator lamp for RYB phase (iii) Moulded case circuit breaker 80-100 Amps 415 Volts, Thermal Magnetic release with adjustable over load setting and adjustble short circuit setting,4 pole, ,Ics=100% Icu,25 kA breaking capacity.= 01 Nos.

(iv) VAF+PF multifunction meter CI flush mounting 96x96mm CT/PT site programmable including CTs.

Repairs/maintenance of APFC LT Panel board/box upto 100 KVAR capacity including disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connection after taking necessary shut down, cleaning the carbon/rust from bus-bar, re-thimbling with new lugs/thimble of existing size, removing old burn out wiring and re-wiring with new cable of exising size, including replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified & directed :- Note :- (i) New spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevants items as supply only. (ii) Cost of unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size upto 2.5 Sqmm for internal wiring like connection of CTs deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) All calibration of meters and APFC controller shall be done by the contractor after fixing in position. (iv) Suitable size of copper/aluminium cable lugs shall be provided by contractor for fixing/jointing the cable in bus bar etc.

M & L for Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 m on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto a distance of 150m, each span not exceeding 45 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cutting grasses, shrubs/herbs surrounding LT poles, feeder pillar box installations by mechanical or manual T&P, removing the debris at a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Stringing / stretching, including jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 m between two electric poles having 4 Nos of ACSR conductors of any size including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as directed to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- One span measured as 4 Nos wire of LT over head line and 2 Nos of earth wire.)

M & L for Stringing / stretching, including jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 m between two electric poles having 2 Nos of ACSR conductors of any size including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as ordered to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- One span measured as 2 Nos wire of LT over head line and 1 Nos of earth wire.)

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping to the new/ existing Steel Poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for erection and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS- 2713 Part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers etc. fixed in PCC foundation duly painted painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface and including dismsntling of old pole of any size and description with foundation, PCC coping etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly comprising 14mm dia iron stay bow, stay strand wire of size 7/3.15mm with stay rod of diameter 16mm complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate no. 1 of SSR part-I 2009 including dismsntling of old stay assembly of any description with foundation, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green with overall dimension 90mmX140mm, clearence of hole 25.5mm suitable for 1100 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for Air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long to be fixed on horizontal lightning conductor with suitable fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long to be fixed on horizontal lightning conductor with suitable fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Taking out old GI/aluminium strip of any size and type in any height and any location as directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Refixing of serviceable aluminium strip/GI strip obtained form taking out old GI/Aluminium strip on top of "V" type procelain insulator of sutitable size, GI nuts and bolt, screws cleats etc. (Cost of procelain insulator deemed to be included in quoted rate) duly straightened properly as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Note : The distance between two porcelain insulator shall be one metre.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitbale size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitbale size and fixing with GI screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block to test point junction box all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.
