Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) in founadtion & plinth using 25cm x 12cm x 8cm brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect .

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) in super structure using 25cm x 12cm x 8cm brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect .

C:C: (1:2:4) using 12 mm size H.G. stone (crusher broken)chips including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

16mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Crusher dust filling in road surface as per appproval drawing & clause 401.4 & section 2100 of MoRT&H specifiacation including all taxes & royality etc complete.

Supplying fitting and fixing of pre casted Kerb Stone (600mm X 300 mm X 150 mm) of M-30 grade approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction in required pattern etc. complete in all respect confirming to IS 5758:1984.

6mm thick Cement Mortar (1:4) making joints to the kerb stone including making drainage opening wherever required etc complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Supplying & fixing of 60 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc complete in all respect confirming to IRC-SP-63:2018.

Fixing of M.S Grill & gates

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade & approved make to give an even shade after scrapping old paint with scrapper, washing with soda water primming one coat with approved wall primer etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P complete in all floors as per the direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with any approved paints icluding the cost of enamel paint for wood work and iron work

Supplying & installation of desired plants for plantation inside the park area including cost, conveyance, taxes of plant and labour with T&P etc complete.

Supplying & installation of various desired illuminating items for illumination of the park area including cost, conveyance, taxes of all material and labour with T&P etc complete.

Supply, fitting & Fixing of RCC chair including cost, conveyance and taxes of material and labour with T&P etc. complete including colouring the RCC chair. (Inclusive of all taxes)
