ATTENDING SF6 GAS LEAKCAGE OF 145KV BUS COUPLER CIRCUIT BREAKER AT 132KV SUB-STATON BHATHAT UNDER ETD-I GORAKHPUR

Attend SF6 Gas Leakage of 145 kv SF6 circuit Breaker (Siemens make) with Serial No 2016/IND/07/17004 of 132 KV Bus coupler Bay. The Work Consist of detecting Pole Leakage by SF6 Gas Leakage detector.extract SF6 gas From Pole Units by help of SF6 Gas extraction Plant and keep it into empty sf6 gas Cylinder.dismantling of all Top Covers from pole unit and opening of Fixed Contact Chamber, cleaning of all Fixed & Moving,polishing the contacts,applying micro carbon grease on contact surface, replacement of pole top cover O ring and its refittings, applying vaccum in all poles with the help of Vaccum Pump upto specified Value and keep it for 4/5 hour. & checking its status/vaccum loss. complete Overhauling of mechanism.its cleaning and lubrication. checking of close/Trip Operation and its Timing test.

Replacement of Main NRV with pipline (if required) work consist of dismantling of main NRV and its replacement with new one. Filling of SF6 gas in all poles at desired level for satisfactorily completion of work

Supply of SF6 gas with cylinder (10kg/cylinder)
