REPAIRS TO DRAIN AND CULVERT AND CLEANING STONE PITCHING GRASS CUTTING SHOULDER DRESSING TO RUNWAY IN TECH AREA UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT.

Mechanized cleaning of vegetation and grass around the Runway/Taxi track and link roads of Runway within Air Force Station Jorhat by providing 01 No. bush cutter except on Sundays and holidays having capacity not less than 1.6 HP and model type UMK 435T UEDT (including 01 driver, 01 No. Helper including necessary fuel, oil and lubricants etc) and removing grass off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Daily log sheet/log book to be maintained commensurate with users certificate as per Appx-'D' enclosed to the tender documents and to be enclosed while claiming running payment/final bill. (b) The gut grass / vegetation shall be removed out of the Air Force station area daily.

Cutting and Cleaning of grown vegitation as in edges n exc width of 1.5 mtr alongwith runway drain including removal and disposal of the grass / vegetation to a distance distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning of area vegetation shall be as per users requirement as per necessity and directions by Engineer-in-Charge.The Proper record of the directions issued by the users shall be maintained duly signed and the payment shall be claimed/processed only after verification of the same by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing monsoon drains of average depth not exc.1.00 mtr, by removal of silt, sludge etc. including removal of grown vegitation from drain bed to ensure free flow of storm water and disposal of silt, sludge grass etc to a distance exceeding 250m but not exc 500m, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning of drain shall be as per users requirement as per necessity and directions by Engineer-in-Charge.The Proper record of the directions issued by the users shall be maintained duly signed and the payment shall be claimed/processed only after verification of the same by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs sign / link board of size 2.8mx0.8mx0.15 mtr, box made out of MS square hollow tube of size 25mmx25mmx3mm thick, all sides covered with designed polycarbonate 2mm thick sheet having designed/approved choice alphabets/symbol inclusive of arrangement for fixing 2 Nos LED tube lights of 18W inside box, fixed over a stiftners of MS hollow square tube of size 25x25x3mm including electrical connection with flexible wire. The complete box shall be fixed over two legs made out of MS hollow square tubes of size 40x40x5 mm of height 750mm, duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) blocks of size 30x30x45 cm, including necessary earth work, form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs ploycarbonate sheet 2mm thick for sign / link board having designed approved choice alphabets / symbols including refixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick (laid flat or on edge) in floors, channels, curves, aprons, etc (each layer) laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, in brick on edge walls (Less than 1/2 brick thick) built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick wall or on concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing same from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick works, plastered surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
