M&L excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr width and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 mm thick for any type of soil all as directed.

M&L removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mm and depositing at a level n.exc 45m above the statrting poont all as directed.

Taking out GI water tubing of following sizes including all fittings and connection for cleaning and relaying removal to store complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge (a) 25/32 mm dia bore

(b) 40/50 mm dia bore

(c) 75/80 mm dia bore

Re-relaying of old GI tubing of following sizes connections in new or old position after cleaning internally & externally by wire brush with externsion steel rod soda ash/bleaching powder all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- Item rate includes cutting, threading and necessary new fitting as required at site complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) 25/32 mm dia bore

M&L 3- LAYER PP-R ( Polypropelene random copolymer ) pipes SDR-7.4,PN 16 UV stabilised and antimicrobial weldedhaving thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP- R Plain & brass threadedpolypropelene random fitting fixed complete to walls , ceiling or in trench size 32mm all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge

S&F 80 mm dia bore galvanised steel (Gl) tubing medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back- nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and laying in trenches, etc., also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required. Connectors shall be inserted, where required or directed. The rates also include cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F gun metal, gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 40 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no 13 here in before but 25 mm

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve 100mm dia from existing position and S&F Cast Irom sluice valve 100mm dia, conforming to IS-14846 both ends flanged with brass spindle class PN 1.6 and necessary nuts, bolts, washer and gasket complete all all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 17 here in before but of Size 80mm

M & L for replcement of cast iron Non return Valve of size 80 mm dia both end flanged,rubber gasket sutable size nuts bolts washers etc. including cnnecting testing complete after taking down old unserviceable Non returing Valve on the existing pipe line all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for in replcement of cast iron Non return Valve of size 200 mm dia both end flanged,rubber gasket sutable size nuts bolts washers etc. including cnnecting testing complete after taking down old unserviceable Non returing Valve on the existing pipe line all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for Chemical Analysis test carried out by State level water laboratory of Raw water for drinking purpose taken One sample from the bore well & other from User end and submission of test report to Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of over head reservoir of 25000x2 Gallon capacity steel tank on staging complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud chemical deposit etc from inner chamber of tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with tank including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by wire brush using soda as etc and providing necessary gasket/chemical compound around the joint of the tank to make it leak proof complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The following be carried out as per existing specification :- (a) Over head reservoir cleaned/changed on : (b) Due on :

Distmantling of old unserviceable valve pit chamber and construction of brick masionary valve pit of size 1.2 X 1.2 X 0.6mtr with brick work 50 mm thick internal and external plaster in cm 1:4 inlcluding 25 X 25 X 5 mm MS angle iron frame all around the fixed point by means of 04 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron, 25 X 6 mm embedded in PCC block 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 including hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3 mm thick , MS handle of suitable locking arrangements and applaying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation, removing/returning filling in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of star delta starter for 15 HP motor 20 Amps 415 V 50 Hz including disconnecting old unserviceable star delta starter complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC over head reservoir of 50000 Gallon capacity complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud, chemical deposit etc from inner& outer chamber of tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with RCC tank including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by using bleaching powder, soda ash etc complete all as dircted of specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Proper care should be taken during cleaning so that no scales/dirts/deposits enters the supply/delivery line Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
