Outdoor Unit Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume aircooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors, microprocessor based Controller,top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant or ecofriendly, vibration isolators ,with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%,3 Phase,50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. Note:- Unit shall be provide with fabricated stand as per requirement. No additional cost will be given for the same. 20HP

Indoor Units (VRV/VRF compatible)

Hi wall unit Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity VRV/VRF High wall type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan / dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, cordless remote control, drain pan,necessary accessories, power cable etc.,suitable for operation on 230V±10%,50Hz, single phase ACsupply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. 2 TR

Refnet joints and other fittings

Supply and Installation of 1.2mm thickness Copper tubing insulated with 19 mm thick class "O" Nitrile rubber insulation with GC cloth Insulation shall be provided with weather proof additional cover for exposed areas. For indoor units tubing of appropriate diameter to be provided. All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger and all internal and external piping shall run in covered cable tray. Piping quantity is mentioned is for pair of suction and discharge pipes.

SITC of communication cable from indoor to outdoor units as per the requirment.

SITC PVC drain pipe having pressure holding of 6kg/cm2 Drain piping complete with all accessories with 9mm Nitrile Rubber Insulation.

SITC of Drain pump suitable for the VRV indoor units with all necessary hardware, connection and wiring etc.

Supply , Installation ,testing & Commissioning of Split type Airconditioners with non invertor Scroll Compressor comprising Indoor Air, Outdoor Condensing unit, with stand and all other necessary hardware for proper hanging of units.

All refrigerant piping shall be of copper, complete with supports between indoor & outdoor units duly insulated with 13mm Nitrile rubber with GC cloth insulation.RMT indicated is for set of piping between indoor and outdoor machine, individual piping will not be measured.
