Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering.

S&F Galvanised MS sheeting of 0.63 mm thick corrugated ISI Marked and made with two corrugation side laps and fixed with J hookes two framed work with PVC and steel washers as in roof & wall all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge with Zinc coating of 275

S&F plain, galvanised MS sheeting of 0.63 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one priming coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling wall and ceilling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blanket any thickness including cover fillets.

M&L for Guniting work in side and soffits of slabs, chajjas, fins,facias, parapets ,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering at any height upto four storey buildings including removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified the following :- (i) chipping of spalled and loose concrete/plaster work and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by steel wire brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry (ii) Applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement (iii) Applying a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete (iv) Guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions (v) Applying 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 over gunite surfaces to give an even uniform and smooth finish to match with the existing surface. Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of labour/machinery work and all the material as mentioned above is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. S&F for anodisied aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified.

S&F Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200m length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified.

S&F 10mm thick multiwall (1 cell/2 wall) sandwich PVC sheet cut to shape and fixed in aluminium snap grid false ceiling complete.

M & L for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris in ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface and Curved surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh for any sunk or raised moulding (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately

M & L for Roof trusses Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA Fe (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.
