Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out in any type of soil.

Excavation in post holes( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling and well ramming with water complete n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer in any type of soil.

M&L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished with spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection etc finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulder hand packing (any thikness) at ramp of hardstanding or back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping srews all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall and ridge,fixed with self tapping srews complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening sufaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust.

M&L, 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) for lying floor finishes .

M & L 10mm thick rendering plastering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface to receive wall finishes.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqmm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Description all as per ser item No 18 above but in vertical surfaces

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour and shade over two coat of putty complete.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throathing and including necessary form work .

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over sand cushioning.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purline , crane gantries , rafter, rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing fast and similar small (beam, Tee, angle , channel plates or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats etc and necessary nuts bolts , rivets, welding, plates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Quality confirming to Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250) quality B.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L heavy duty parking colour tiles/ Dura tiles with grey cement and pigment 30cm x 30 cm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class `B` bricks straight or covered on plan any radius built in cm 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.
