(b) Laying 10mm thick screed in Cement mortar 1:3 including and mixing with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (c ) Applying three coats of polyurea waterproofing coating as per manufacturer's instructions for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx. 500% ± 50% and tensile strength at 14 days of 5MPa. (e)The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge / Consultant. (Note:- minimum 6hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained) (f) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Note: - (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s instructions. (ii) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any cost. (iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster.”

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab not less than 16mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including 10 mm thick screed base in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified.

M&L for 5mm thick Coloured/ printed PVC Wall Lining (panel type) consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet panels of size 3000mm in length and 250 mm in width having wt 360 gms fixed to wall using screw in method as per specifications and drawing at site incl fixing of 3mm thick PVC sheet fillet/mouldings of width upto 25mm above PVC wall lining work, complete all as specified and directed incl taking down existing lining of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) etc in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,with grey cement and no pigments set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub-base to floor finishes.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(incl necessary joint filling with mixture of paving bitumen & sand in 1:3)

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix), type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls beams, columns etc all as spd and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of concrete fair finished surfaces of suspended slabs such as roof slab,floor slabs landings and similar works not exc 200 mm thk complete all as spd.

M&L for TMT bars10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 83,934.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
