Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of LED Glow Signboard on the existing MS frame of neon signboard including removal of existing neon tubes and accessories, as per details given below :(i) Light Source- Light source will be SMD LED Modules, silicon filled, water proof, IP-67, rated 12V DC, 1.2 to 1.5 W or more, Red Colour, Life-up to 50,000 hours.(ii) Letters- 3D Letters with side wall up to 50-75 mm of A grade cast acrylic sheet, up to 4mm cover , A cast vinyl of make 3M to be cut down by CNC router and mounted on each characters of Acrylic, Size of Letters: Letter's height upto 30 inches in English and upto 30 inches in Hindi excluding matra. (iii) Power Supply- SMPS, IP-67/68 water proof Aluminium shell series Autocut at fluctuations, input 220-240 V AC along with Electronic timer unit.(iv) LED sign board should be fixed on Exisiting MS Frame of neon sign board of size- For Hindi Letters: 15.20M X 1.50M, For English Letters:13.40M X 1.20M.(v) Total No. of English Letters- 9 Nos, (vi) Total No of Hindi Letters- 15 Nos.(vii)) Warranty of LED's- 03 Years.(viii). Comprehenssive Warranty- 01 Years for all items.(ix). Make- Osram, Philips, samsung or equivalent. (x) Font View of English letter: CSIR-CRRI. (xi) Font View of Hindi letters: सी एस आई आर - सी आर आर आई. (xii)Including painting of the background /Existing MS Frame/Structure all complete.
